Oregon City sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1229051' first='Livie' last='Carns'] is quick and crafty on both ends. The 5-foot point guard has excellent handles and vision, knocks down the deep three ball, and dishes in the paint. Carns convinces with the shot fake to get downhill, sells the jump stop pump fake to get the help defender to commit to the air, and slips underneath with a controlled Euro step to finish with a scoop layup at the rim. She averaged 12.6 points (shooting 45% from the field and 37% from three), 3.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2.1 steals per game and was named to the Three Rivers League First Team her sophomore year. Carns is ranked No. 19 in her Prep Girls Hoops class of 2027 rankings debut.

South Medford sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1158199' first='Payton' last='Andersen'] is a glue player who values possession and makes the extra pass. The sixth-man guard put in quality minutes off the bench on a talented Lady Panthers squad. Andersen puts in the work and does a little bit of everything. With a bigger role and more touches on the ball, her impact should increase. Andersen averaged 4 points (shooting 35% from the field and 28% from three), 2.2 assists (>1.5 assist/turnover ratio), 2.1 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game and was awarded a Southwest Conference Honorable Mention honor. She joins the Prep Girls Hoops Oregon class of 2027 rankings at No. 23.

South Salem sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1229045' first='Leah' last='Ioane'] runs the offense, finds the assist, plays tough on-ball defense, and is a plus rebounder. The 5-foot-5 point guard can whip the pass to the perimeter shooter or drive and dish. Ioane can disrupt half-court sets with high-pressure defense on the perimeter. She boxes out to win the long rebound. Ioane averaged 5.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.7 steals per game, helped the Lady Saxons win a share of the Central Valley Conference title, and was named to the All-Conference Second Team her sophomore year.
West Albany sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1179231' first='Natalie' last='Tidwell'] is an excellent catch-and-shoot three-point shooter from the wing and corner. The 5-foot-7 guard was top three in three-pointers made and top two in three-point percentage shooting at the 5A state tournament. Tidwell can feed the inside player or drive and dish in the paint from the wing for the assist. She averaged 12 points (shooting 37% from three) and 5 rebounds per game her sophomore year. Tidwell was named to the Honorable Mention list in the Mid-Willamette, Oregon's most competitive 5A conference. She averaged 13.5 points (shooting 43% from three) and 2.5 steals per game at state.
Summit sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1229215' first='Jade' last='Durfee'] has a quick first step to get downhill on offense and play high-pressure on-ball defense. The 5-foot-5 guard can dish, hit the floater, and finish at the rim. Durfee was named to the Intermountain Conference Second Team. As starting point guard, she helped the Storm earn 20 wins to tie the program record and make it to its first 5A state tournament appearance since 2009. Durfee averaged 7.5 points and 1.5 rebounds at state. She joins the Prep Girls Hoops Oregon class of 2027 rankings at No. 34.
