2025 Lion’s All-Stars – Class A/B

I am sure it was incredibly difficult to decide who would be selected to play and who would be an alternate. There is a ton of talent in the alternate section that you could argue deserved to be in the roster section. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='245104' first='Haidyn' last='Crockett'] - Northern Cass Guard - 5'9</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>1st-Team All-State selection. Haidyn is one of the best players in this graduating class. She possesses elite athleticism and scoring ability. Jamestown is getting an unbelievable talent. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ashley Martodam - TGU Guard/Forward - 5'8</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>1st-Team All-State Team selection. I missed out on watching Ashley this season unfortunately. She helped lead TGU to another great season. She is an athletic guard with great strength. She isn't afraid to guard the opponents best player, which tells you how competitive she is.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Laela Jenson - Hettinger-Scranton Guard - 5'7</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>1st-Team All-State Team selection. Laela is a super player. She does a great job of defending and pushing the ball in transition. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='245138' first='Mashae' last='Miller'] - Kenmare-Bowbells Guard - 5'6</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>2nd-Team All-State Team selection. Mashae is a great point guard and was a big reason Kenmare had such a successful season. She controlled the pace of the game and was a great scoring option. Her quickness was a key to her success.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='256963' first='Sophia' last='Headley'] - Bowman County Guard/Forward - 5'11</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>2nd-Team All-State Team Selection. Sophia has great size for a guard and Bowman County will feel her departure next season. The number 3 ranked player in the 25' class is a special player. Kyra is committed to play hoops at Minot State and will have an immediate impact. She is a true two-way player.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1122317' first='Edyn' last='Hoornaert'] - Carrington Forward - 5'9</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Edyn helped lead the Cardinals back to the state tournament and a consolation championship finish. She is a solid forward who has great fundamentals. She displayed great senior leadership this season.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Nevaeh Berger - Dickinson Trinity Forward/Center - 6'2</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Dickinson Trinity will miss the inside presence that Nevaeh provided. She was valuable on both sides of the court and was a great rebounder. She has a nice soft touch around the rim.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='935268' first='Adlyn' last='Eng'] - Central McLean Guard/Forward - 5'9</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Adlyn is an underated player and someone I think could play at the next level. She is a super athlete and is great at getting to the rim. She was a big reason for Central McLean's success this season.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='415426' first='Kennison' last='Azure'] - Hatton-Northwood Guard/Forward - 5'11</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>1st-Team All-State Team selection. Kennison is committed to play at Concordia College and should be a great fit in the MIAC conference.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1051229' first='Betsy' last='Hatlestad'] - Shiloh Christian Forward/Center - 5'11</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Betsy must have been dealing with injuries this season as I did not see her in many of the Shiloh Christian games I watched. She is a long and athletic forward who plays very hard. I like her on the defensive side of the ball; she is always in a great defensive stance. She can clean up the glass as well.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='409200' first='Torri' last='Fee'] - Devils Lake Guard - 5'7</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Torri has had a super positive impact on this Devils Lake program throughout her high school career. She is a super tough and hard-nosed player and fit in perfectly with Firebird culture. She will definitely be missed.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Alternates</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='245109' first='Adyson' last='Hannig'] - Big frame who did a nice job playing on both sides of the floor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1097250' first='Jersey' last='Vogel'] - 1st-Team All-State Selection.
