Typically, players call it a travel career following their senior seasons in high school. Lowe is an exception as she is running on the club circuit one final team before advancing into the college ranks. As the star from Marlboro County displayed on Sunday, she is certainly primed to take her game to the collegiate level. She finished with 18 points as Carolina Hoopers 2024 completed an emphatic victory over Team USC Unleashed 2024. Lowe is a gifted ball handler and rim attacker who can deliver strong finishes at the basket. She is particularly a force to be reckoned with in the transition game.

Tysonia Lowe in my opinion is one of the most underrated players in the Palmetto State. She really does play off the grid over at Marlboro County HS in Bennettsville. The school is actually located in Marlboro County along the North Carolina – South Carolina border just north of I-95. Nicknamed “Sunshine” Lowe played on a local Grassroots Circuit when she did play the game in the spring and summer.
Lowe finished her career with over 1,600 points for the Lady Bulldogs. She really knows how to score the ball while getting the ball into the gaps and paint. Tysonia at times would be able to set up of her teammates with her crisp passing skills along the way. She averaged 24.7 ppg this season for the Lady Bulldogs. Tysonia will use a nice hesitation move at times to race by defenders in the open court. She surely packs a big punch for her size.

Lowe lives off the grid near the North Carolina border over in the Pee Dee. Tysonia recently went over 1,000 career points for the Lady Bulldogs. Tysonia isn’t big in stature, but she can fill up a stat sheet quickly. Tysonia played with a very local Grassroots team and seems to be bit undervalued around the Palmetto State.

rings a bell to us at Prep Girls Hoops as she was one of the senior standouts that impressed at Dawn Staley’s team camp at the University of South Carolina over the summer. Among her strong points is maintaining a high degree of activity away from the ball and taking her chances with 3-point attempts. She is also a gifted handler of the ball and understands when the correct times are to pass and when to distribute. Lowe was one of the key point-getters for the Bulldogs in its contest with 5A Spring Valley as she placed 22 points on the board.

Prep Girls Hoops saw Lowe a few years back with Lady Bulldogs. She plays off the beaten path that’s for sure over in Bennettsville near the North Carolina state line. Tysonia can score the ball from 3 levels on the floor, and she really looks to be a crafty passer at times. She will drop the floater on you in the lane or stop and pop from the mid-range with her game. Can Lowe carry this squad this year?

Tysonia might be one of the most underrated players in the state. She doesn’t play on the Big Grassroots circuit. She is extremely efficient with her play whenever she touches the hardwood.
Tysonia averaged 21.3 ppg, 6.5 assists and 2.8 rebounds last season for the Lady Bulldogs. She can make shots from all 3 levels when she isn’t distributing the ball to one of her teammates.

Lowe plays a bit off the grid over in Marlboro County near the North Carolina State border. Tysonia has a knack to score the ball from all 3 levels on the floor and along with the ability to create her own shot. She has had a quiet high school career with not a lot of exposure playing very limited Grassroots basketball to boot. She will make a college coach look very smart at the next level when they decide to take a chance on her next year.
