[player_tooltip player_id='468627' first='Jasleen' last='Green'] - came into the FABC fresh after the new ESPN 2026 rankings - #59 in the country. Green is a ball dominant-physical point guard who can score the basketball with the best of anyone in the State. Her ability to create space allows her to shoot her jumpers with ease and in rhythm. She is also a bucket shooting off the catch as well. Green has elite handles and can stare down pressure in a tight area and still come out dribbling. Her ability to go left or right and finish at the rim is special. At FABC she made her debut on Grandview Prep and the chemistry was not there for Green and the defending 1A State Champions. Still it's hard to miss the elite talent on the floor. College coaches were definitely paying attention.

[player_tooltip player_id='1217996' first='Breyonna' last='Blount'] - 2026. Blount definitely was an intimidating post presence. Once she gets the ball inside, she controls the game with strength and touch. She was definitely a force and not many prospects in the building matched her physical tangibles. The time is now for Blount. She is definitely helping to shape the narrative for girls basketball as we enter the 2025 - 2026 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='514608' first='Evie' last='Freeman'] was cooking defenders once she got into a groove and brushed off some of the rust. Freeman is quick and almost flash-like. She has the ability to accelerate on a dime and leave defenders standing flat footed. Freeman can get to the rim going left or right and her ability to finish with the left or right is a separator. She is just as dynamic on defense as on offense. Freeman using quickness to handcuff a ball handler and she plays in the passing lanes as well as anyone. The final result is usually the same - a steal and a layup on the other end. “Flash Freeman” was exciting to watch at the FABC and she is a player who is helping to define high school basketball for the 2026 class and upcoming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='861113' first='Quin'Nya' last='Gray De Sanders'] was one of the top athletes in the building. One coach eluded that she was the best athlete in the building. It would be hard to argue. Last season she dominated a few games that left you speechless. Some of those teams were eventual State champions. They had no answer for the athleticism, the speed, the motor, and the production. Quin is a special player who plays her game. She is a force and is helping to shape the narrative of the 2026 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='861097' first='Serenity' last='Hardy'] - was at the FABC doing what she does best - score the ball. Hardy connected on her patented jump shots, but her ability to attack the basket was the theme in the game I watched. Hardy has good handles, she is physical, and she can get to the rim and score with a high degree of difficulty. Hardy is a 2026 name synonymous with the term game changer. She is a prolific shooter and she is helping to write the 2026 narrative one three pointer at a time.

[player_tooltip player_id='400785' first='Audrey' last='Beyer'] started slow and got things cooking as the games progressed. Beyer is one of the top prospects in North Florida. She has unlimited range and has the ability to dominate a game with threes or from the charity stripe. Teams are hedging their defense to stop her because the talent is real. She is long and physical and operates from the guard or forward positions. Beyer is helping to reshape the 2026 narrative.

Dakar's Merthie was a game changer at the FABC showcase. Merthie is a “pick your poison” dilemma. She can dominate from the perimeter or from down hill. Merthie is one of the top athletes in the 2026 class and is a two way player. She can create havoc in the defensive end with her ability to run and also move laterally. Merthie was a force and she is poised to help take the 2026 class and narrative to a different level.

[player_tooltip player_id='751628' first='Chamiah' last='Francis'] created a buzz and didn't play in the tournament. She provided encouragement and enthusiasm from the sideline and many college coaches were in the building.
