2028 Forwards Ready To Make A Leap

On offense, her game is growing. She has a great ability already to finish through contact, and has great maneuverability in creating a shot down low with a wide array of moves. She is extremely athletic and quick which will allow her low-post and driving game to only strengthen over her next three years of prep hoops. Garner is definitely a player with rocket high potential and should be on people's radars.     Marcy Grace Cleek has a well-rounded game. Every time she steps on the court, she does a little bit of everything. She is a good shooter from distance and is a willing passer. If her teammate is open, she will find them.   Her soccer background bleeds into her defensive game. She has a noticeable ability to change direction well, and this helps her a lot in intercepting passes. Also at the forward position she is a great rebounder.   When Cleek steps on the court, every category possible in the stat sheet lights up. She has a high release point on her jumper that allows her to get her shot off against almost every defender that stands in her way. Along with this she is an unconscious shooter. If she sees one go down it does not matter where she is on the court. She can pull up and knock a shot from distance down. There was multiple games where she made two or more threes in her first season at Pearl-Cohn.   On the defensive side, she uses her 5'10' lanky frame well. Every time she steps on the court, she is a threat to grab a steal. And she is good at heavily contesting shots consistently.     [player_tooltip player_id='989326' first='Sadie' last='Garrett'] brings a similar skill set to Miller's. She first and foremost is a great shooter. If a defender has a defensive lapse and gives her any sort of space to shoot an open shot, the Cookeville product does not hesitate to let a three fly. As a forward, she also has above-average handles. Garret often disruptes passing lanes and obtains steals and in these scenarios she can push the pace herself, rather than huddling up and looking for an outlet.   She brings a lot of versatility when she is on the court, and it will be exciting to see the impact she can make in the 2025-2026 season. In these occasions when she is creating she can capitalize by quickly gathering herself and knock down a shot from the perimeter. Mullen is also a great finisher on fast breaks. she has a good touch around the basket and is able to locate the basket from different angles when she is close and around the rim. Mullen with her offensive prowess is also a solid rebounder and paint and wing defender.
