Her footwork is a strength, as she effectively utilizes jab steps and triple-threat moves when facing up. Hayes' ability to score both with her back to the basket and while facing up makes her a valuable addition to any program at the next level. Offensively, she keeps the ball high to prevent smaller guards from stripping it and secures entry passes without bringing the ball down. Defensively, she knows how to play straight up without fouling and blocks shots effectively without swinging down. She also battles for position, sealing her defenders and forcing them into uncomfortable situations since most are not close to her height. Her ability to create extra possessions and protect the rim without getting into foul trouble makes her an instant-impact player at the next level. While Sofia has plenty of skills that translate to the next level, it is her gritty, grind-mode mentality that stands out the most. Put her in a tough situation, and she will find a way to fight her way out. Her ability to both score and defend makes her ready to be a true two-way guard at the next level, ensuring she can still make an impact offensively even when her shot isn't falling. If colleges are looking for a fast guard who can handle the ball and use her speed as a weapon by playing with pace and attacking gaps with intention and aggressiveness, Allen is the guard for you. Not only does she have athleticism, but she also has strong basketball IQ and great footwork. When her speed doesn't work, she knows how to move the ball and use gaps to get to her spots, while her strength allows her to draw fouls, put opposing teams in foul trouble, and add points to the scoreboard. This travel season, she showed improvement in her mid-range pull-up—a necessity at the next level since you can't always get to the rim. These abilities prove she is ready to compete at the next level.     [player_tooltip player_id='216442' first='Tatyana' last='Campise-Pinkney'] has multiple offers ranging from Division I to JUCO. At this moment, she has yet to make a decision, but if programs are looking for a consistent shooter who can also handle ball pressure, Tatyana is a great choice. Her ability to create her own shot off the dribble makes her reliable in big moments, and she also excels at shooting off the catch and screens, allowing her to play both on and off the ball at the next level. Defensively, she is no slouch—vocal off the ball and a menace on the ball. With the agility to move side to side and the strength to keep her matchups in front of her, she has the tools to earn minutes early at the next level.
