Freshman Showcase: Team Three Stands Out with Skill and Energy

Team Three came into the showcase and impressed with their mix of skill, energy, and effort on both ends. Each player brought their own strengths, and together they showed why this group is loaded with potential.    NaZiah handled the ball with confidence and showed her craftiness on offense. She proved she could score at every level, making her tough to contain.     Charli stayed active on defense and used her quick hands to cause problems. She matched that with a quick release on offense, knocking down shots with confidence.     Lael has emerged as one of the most improved all-around players in the group. She played the right way, contributed on offense, and locked in defensively.     Kaze brought toughness as a scrappy defender while also being a threat from three. She attacked the rim well off the wing, adding another layer to her game.     Gigi brought high energy every time she stepped on the floor. She changed the game with her effort and scored in bunches when her team needed it.     Elliott was a knockdown shooter who consistently stretched the floor. She also brought defensive energy that led to transition buckets for her team.     Jordyn played as a scoring guard who shot the three at a high clip. Her ability to get hot quickly made her a dangerous offensive weapon.      Hally, a 7th grader, came in and made a name for herself right away. She scored from all three levels, defended whoever was in front of her, and made the right plays throughout the game.
