Batac was one of the best players at the event that I had never seen play before, and she showed that off the top during the 3 on 3 see evaluation here, so when I talk about players who "seize the opportunity" she did just that. During the 5 on 5, she shook defenders, got them off balance with the HEZ, and even gave me the step back from deep. Her court vision in transition was also solid, and so is her upside

Rivera was another "Show Stopper" from the 3 on 3 see evaluation here, yet she has been impressing me since the 4th or 5th grade. Here's the deal: she brings so much energy on both ends that it trickles over to her teammates, and if you pay attention to what I write and say, you know I love things you can't teach. Her pull-up jumper, as well as her "stop and pop" gave defenders fits, but she's shifty with the ball, and watching her thread the needle in traffic for assists had me smiling

Underwood, like the "deviled ham" spread her skillset throughout the event, and her cleverness on both ends is part of it. She plays solid "on the ball" defense, understands how to beat the defender to the spot, forces into the trap as well as pick up their dribble, but guess what else she does, she plays the passing lane, which I love seeing. She also rebounds and uses her athleticism on both ends, scores off the dribble, and has good body control after contact

Abdullah ain't from around here, and I should have asked how many players were from out of state. I took a picture of the middle school ballers, but check this out. She plays taller than her listed size, and she understands positioning, which helped her outrebound taller players, as well as score around the basket over them, putbacks included. Yes, she rebounded on both ends. Her defense was solid, plus she did a good job scoring off the dribble using good body control after contact

Williams showed me enough to be added to the 2029 group on my next update in the 3 on 3 alone, see evaluation here. I spoke about how she kept her energy level up throughout the game on both ends, as well as her ability to drop the jumper multiple ways, yet she attacks using the slight HEZ, as well as an explosive first step to keep the defender guessing. Her body control after contact was solid because shestrog and powerful, she scored on outbacks and saw the floor, yes, her defense was smothering at times

Tipp is one of the smoothest players in Texas, and she has already shown me enough in person see evaluation here to place her in that group who can take games over from either end. She's heady and grasps the little things that turn out to be big because she plays the passing lane, rebounds, and can nail clutch shots with a hand in her face, but her growth in going coast to coast after rebounding to score while being pressured has gotten better, so has her court vision but her EURO was one of the best at the event
