For a freshman, the key to success heading into high school is adjusting to the high school game. The speed and the physicality are two things that most players struggle with, but Redman seems to be able to handle that from what I've seen. She's an excellent scorer from behind the arc, good active player with an aggressive nature. She has a solid future ahead of her in this game! Debuts at #19.

Northeast Ohio better look out because this young lady is ready! She plays the game with high energy, super athletic, and can get downhill, even in an aggressive game. Able to finish around the rim and contribute in many ways. Good basketball IQ, not afraid of contact or battling the older upperclassman. She plays with confidence as she should. She starts her career at #20.

Did not get to see her play since last spring, but back then she was very talented and among the best players in her class. As she puts in the work, her game will continue to grow. It's already solid with a great frame, able to play up-tempo and gets downhill. Her ceiling is wide open as she continues to catch people's attention with her consistent steady play.

Looking back on what she showed me, the first thing that stood out was her defensive pressure and her ability to read the play. She is able to push tempo and her speed north/south, and she's also able to defend well on-ball. Gets people involved, I expect her to have a very productive freshman season.

The family pedigree is there with a talented older sibling, but Rylee looks to cement her own name in the success at Fairland very quickly. Good quick shot with range, can shoot from anywhere behind the arc. A good midrange and has a solid skillset, which allows her to be a factor in multiple ways. She is just getting started at #23. Her time is now!

I really loved her game at the freshman showcase, we'll see what she does once the season gets here. I expect the same thing starting in November, that is good steady consistent play. Her athleticism will be a big factor in how successful she is, she could play inside and out and expect her to be a big impact in the game.
