While I came away impressed with the quality of outside shooting, at The Expo, I was equally impressed by the following group who dominated down low. Here are some of the players that stood out to me.

As mentioned, in a previous article, I came away impressed with Kailynn. She's a strong, aggressive post player that showed a nice touch, around the basket, and is equally capable of finishing with either hand. Establishes strong post position and is tough to stop when she gets the ball on the block.

Jayda is your prototypical stretch 4 type that showed not only a great move set, around the basket, but also the ability to step out and make mid to long-range jumpers. Strong around the basket with the strength to finish through contact and draw fouls. Easy to see why she was a 16 and 10 player last season!

One of the more Intriguing up and coming post players that I watched. Still a bit raw, however you can tell the skill set is there and just needs a little more refinement. High ceiling player who works hard to establish position and gives max effort. I look forward to seeing her growth next summer!

Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
