In today’s matchup we’re going to see two solid teams with great size, length, and both have won 19 games each.
Lake Washington Kangaroos finished their 2019-20 season with the record of 19-6 before entering the state tournament, in order to be playing in today’s matchup they won 57-40 against Hudson’s Bay yesterday afternoon. Lake Washington is ranked 6th in the state tournament this year and their underclass core is looking forward to another victory.

Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id="27933" first="Elise" last="Hani"] who stands at 6-foot-4 protects the rim at all costs and blocks all shots. Lastly, sophomore guard [player_tooltip player_id="27948" first="Rosa" last="Smith"] is a great ball handler with great IQ ultimately she is critical to the Kangaroos success.
Mt. Spokane finished their 2019-20 season with an 19-3 record before entering the state tournament, ranking 4th in this year’s state tournament the Wildcats earned themselves a first-round bye following their 78-49 win against Shorecrest.
Senior [player_tooltip player_id="85922" first="Emma" last="Main"] standing 5-foot-6 can flat-out score the ball, and should be located by defenders at all times. UW signee and GSL MVP [player_tooltip player_id="20153" first="Jayda" last="Noble"] does it all for the Wildcats, from scoring to ball handling and rebounding she does it all at a high level.
#4 Mt. Spokane and #6 Lake Washington will tip off here at the Tacoma Dome at 3:45 this afternoon with hopes of advancing to the semifinal.
