John Wall Classic: Outstanding Performances from 2027 Class

There were tons of talent in the gym and some very competitive games that were played. Anaya shoots the ball at deep range and is shooting it very well at 37 percent from beyond the arc. She is a double-digit scorer that plays with two other highly touted guards. An All-American guard that can do it all. She loves the ball in her hands and she loves to make big plays down the stretch. Leena attacks hard and aggressively to the rim with a nasty crossover. She knows how to cradle the ball for protection when she is slicing through multiple defenders. Jamiyah uses her body well to seal off defenders and pin them down low where she takes advantage of a drop step move to score. She finished with several old fashioned and 1's to get a huge win over a top ranked opponent. Excellent footwork on the low block. She is confident and under control once she catches the ball and goes to make her back to the basket move. Twitty has a nice turn around and spin move in the paint.
