Nora Dornich (2021) | Belvidere
Dornich is a true stretch four. She is listed as a forward but can step out and shoot from deep. Dornich finished with 39 made three’s this season. She is a strong player on the post that can finish with contact and get to the free throw line. Dornich will continue to grow as a player and fine tune her game for the next level.
Jaylin Hartman Jaylin Hartman 6'2" | SF Blair | 2023 State NJ (2023) | Blair
Blair is one of the top programs in the state with nationally ranked guards such as Olivia Miles Olivia Miles 5'11" | PG Blair Academy | 2021 State #2 Nation NJ and Dom Darius Dom Darius 5'9" | CG Blair | 2021 State #25 Nation NJ . Hartman has turned into the next big thing in the school. The freshman has great size at 6’2 and showed quickness and athleticism in her first season. Hartman has a soft touch around the rim and has an IQ that is beyond her years. She will have the chance to learn for one more season under some of the best in the state and that will help her moving forward.
Rylie Grant (2023) | Hackettstown
The Class of 2023 is well-represented in the post. Grant is another example of that. She led Hackettstown in scoring with 10.2 point per game. She got to the free throw line at a high rate for some easy points. Grant will have Hackettstown back to prominence in no time.
Clare Kelly Saalfield (2022) | North Warren
Saalfield made a name for herself as one of the top rebounders in the county. She finished with 263 total rebounds and averaged nearly nine per game. She has great anticipation when the ball is in the air. Saalfield knows how to judge where the ball will come off. That is what rebounding is all about.
Azuri Abraham (2021) | Phillipsburg
There are not many true centers left in the game but Abraham fits that bill. She stays in the block and lets her size and strength take over. Abraham is a threat on both ends. She is someone that can wreck a game defensively. Abraham has quick feet and strong hands which helps her gain an edge on her defender.
