Mallie Stoner Mallie Stoner 5'11" | CG Carlisle | 2026 State IA was named 4A All State Tournament Team by the IGHSAU last week because of how well she did for Carlisle throughout. Stoner was a mismatch for every team that they faced. Her size at 5’11/6’0 and her ability to move all over the court confused defenses. That helped the Wildcats run some smooth sets and offenses to get simple buckets both within the half court and in transition. There are a handful of players from the Carlisle team that you could name from this season for putting together a memorable Winter as a whole but I think the moral of the story here is that this was a team effort. Everyone thought they just had to worry about the Wildcat’s D1 commit and that was the furthest thing from the truth. Opposing teams sagged off of everyone else and dared them to make plays, which they did and because of that, they get the last laugh in the end.
