Samiyah made a multidimensional impact in games for Team 11 at the PGH Michigan Expo. She shuffled her feet quickly to apply good ball pressure on defense and stopped dribble penetration. Samiyah boxed out with textbook technique, sprinted after 50/50 balls, and showed her ability to finish from difficult angles, converting an acrobatic layup. She’s a quick guard who works hard to make a difference on both ends of the court.

Samiyah, a guard for Shoebox Elite , turned in an impressive showing at the MI College Tour Northwood, standing out as one of the top performers on the floor. She handled the ball with confidence, using a quick crossover to create separation and get past defenders with ease. Once in the lane, she showed great touch, finishing with a smooth floater, while also knocking down shots from beyond the arc. On the defensive end, Samiyah was just as impactful, using active hands to disrupt plays and come away with multiple steals. Her all-around performance made it clear she’s a guard capable of affecting the game in a variety of ways.
