She hit a game winner in regulation off an isolation play that showcased all of these abilities as she is also prepared for the big moment. Her biggest asset on offense comes in the form of the pull-up mid-range jumper but she can also hit it from deep and take it into the lane.
Natalie Pasco 2022 6’0” SF Cal Stars/San Ramon Valley HS – Pasco in an all business guard whose constant focus on the small details add up to big things for the guard from NorCal. She is a great rebounder based on effort and physical attributes and she can certainly score in the low post as well. Where her offensive game came into play was from deep where she made several big shots from deep for the Stars. She is a great defensive player who is highly aware of her surroundings.
Faith Shelton 2021 6’2” PF Cal Stars/Lincoln HS – Defensive minded forward who grabs rebounds at a good pace and shows the ability to score inside but what was brought to attention this time around was her ability to be a centerpiece for her team. She can grab rebounds and throw excellent and accurate outlet passes that allow for easy scores for her team. She also displays great passing skills from the high post where she found several great finds throughout the week.
Brittany Harshaw 2022 6’0” PF Wheat State Elite/Central HS – Athletic, fluid, wing who is extremely confident in her ability to score the ball. Her bread and butter is her outside shot, which is extremely smooth and she has a quick release along with good mechanics. Brittany has slippery ball handling skills as she is both adept and effective and she can score at the basket with finesse and has a solid frame to absorb contact. She had an impressive 23 points and 4 rebounds against Cal Stars.
Mallory Heyer 2022 6’2” PF Minnesota Fury/Chaska HS – Mallory is a tall forward with a solid frame that is extremely savvy in scoring in the low post as she showcases great footwork that is evasive. She is constantly putting a barrier between her defender using her body and she has more than enough ways to score. She also has a nice touch from the perimeter as she is a unique scorer with height and length. She had 22 points and 4 rebounds against the Stars.
