It’s hard to believe, but Aurora Almon is only a freshman. The 6-4 small forward is an emerging superstar for New Heights and Trenton Catholic Academy. She has a motor, is super quick, can handle the ball and has a decent touch from the outside. She is a game changer on both ends of the court.
Mikayla Blakes is a long, athletic combo guard for Team Rio and Rutgers Prep. Simply put, nobody can stop her from getting to the basket. She is active defensively and competes on each possession. She has all the tools needed to be special.
Grace Munt was a basketball bully all summer for Team Rio and Rumson-Fair Haven. She punishes smaller defenders on the block and attacks the rim with purpose. She can step out and knock down the long ball and on defense, she caught our eye on multiple occasions with her shot blocking.
Christina Dalce Christina Dalce 6'2" | SF Rutgers Prep | 2021 State NJ was already one of the best players in New Jersey, but that didn’t stop her from working on her game. Her trademark toughness, defense and rebounding were on display with the Philly Belles, but the 6-2 post has added a nice-looking jumper to her arsenal.
Justine Pissott Justine Pissott 6'3" | SG Red Bank Catholic | 2022 State NJ already had the reputation as one of the best long-range shooters in New Jersey. After a big summer with the Philly Belles EYBL club team, she is now in the conversation for best shooter in the country. She also showed off improved passing and ball-handling skills.
