Corri Vermilya Corri Vermilya 5'8" | SG Loudonville | 2024 State OH – Class of 2024 – Loudonville
Vermilya showed why she is one of the best 2024’s in the state of Ohio. Physically, her motor helps her to make so many plays on the glass, in the passing lanes and in transition. She is clearly at her most comfortable off of the dribble, but she also made a number of 3-pointers from well-beyond the 3-point line. Corri rebounded and blocked shots at a very high level throughout the day.
Caitlin Titler Caitlin Titler 5'8" | CG Triway | 2024 OH – Class of 2024 – Triway
Caitlin is a long point guard with a lot of untapped potential in her wiry frame. She is a good playmaker who does a solid job of finding her teammates for open shots. Caitlin has long arms – which help her get deflections and block shots at a high rate for a perimeter player. She needs to continue to work on her jumper to reach the next level.
Ameia “Jo” Smith – Class of 2024 – Louisville St. Thomas Aquinas
Smith is a long + athletic forward that runs the floor well – getting easy lay-ups in transition against less athletic kids at her position. Ameia blocks shots and rebounds the ball at both ends of the floor. Offensively – she is a good screener who is capable of doing damage as a rim-roller/slasher.
Halle Snyder – Class of 2024 – River Valley
Snyder got some great varsity experience last winter, as a freshman for a young River Valley team – who played some outstanding competition. She showed intrigue at the Ohio Summer Showcase – with impressive length and a knack for finding the basketball defensively. It seemed like she got a number of 50/50 balls and created havoc for her team on the defensive end.
Cora Palmer – Class of 2024 – Lexington
Palmer was one of many good point guards at the event. She was one of the quicker guards in the younger session, getting in the paint at will off of the dribble and showing the willingness to pick up and pressure the ball in the extended-court. Cora is pass-first right now – if she can add a legitimate jumper to her game, she will be a solid scorer at Lexington.
