Dylan Crane Open Run Standouts Part 1

Made the drive up I-95 N on a Wednesday night to 24/7 basketball in Chantilly, Va. Trainer Dylan Crane welcomed a competitive group of young ladies to showcase their talent in an open run format. The following players separated themselves from the rest with their size and skill. Jordyn Jackson-2026 Jordyn has great size at 6’1 with guard skills. She attacks hard off the bounce, finishes in the paint and can shoot the 3. Jordyn has the size and skill to play anywhere on the court. Once she gets across half court she applies pressure to the defense as she explosively attacks the paint. This kid is special, one of the top 2026 in the country. [player_tooltip player_id="262573" first="Louis" last="Volker"]-2023-PVI One of the top performers of the night, impacted the game on both ends. Louis makes the game look effortless, she reads defenses well and finds the open spots on the court. She was efficient shooting the ball all night, scoring in a variety of ways.  She rebounds the ball well, can push in transition and pass ahead to open teammates. She is the type of player that will fit nicely into any system. She has good size at 6ft, can shoot the 3 and gets good position in the post taking advantage of smaller players. She should have a big season this year for PVI. [player_tooltip player_id="260613" first="Sadie" last="Shores"]-2024-Woodgrove High School I watched the end of her training session prior to the open gym, her attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn was impressive. Her work ethic will ensure her success beyond the High School level. Sadie is able to score in a variety of ways, she is athletic and gets to the basket at will. She can play either guard position, has good IQ and finished in the paint with either hand. 1v1 she is very tough to guard, equally effective shooting and utilizing a variety of moves to get to basket. [player_tooltip player_id="149860" first="Brooke" last="Batchelor"]-2023-PVI Brooke had a nice showing, she has endless energy and never looked tired. She shot the ball well from 3, finishes on the break with either hand and showed a nice touch in the mid range. Defensively, she has good footwork and kept opposing guards in front of her. Created lots of turnovers with active hands and consistently went after loose balls. [player_tooltip player_id="312081" first="Riley" last="Hamburger"]-2025-PVI Future is very bright for this athlete, she has length at 6’1 and still growing. She has a wide range of offensive skills with her ability to shoot and put the ball on the floor. Riley is bouncy, covers a lot of ground with her long stride and has a soft touch around the basket. One of the most athletic kids in the gym, she can play and guard four positions. This young athlete has unlimited potential.
