#74 – Makayla Waiters Makayla Waiters 5'6" | PG Stall | 2024 State SC – Stall HS (North Charleston)
Waiters a jet quick point guard can really change speeds very well in the open floor. Makayla played on the Grassroots Circuit with a local team BTB Cavaliers this summer. Waiters can get the ball to the cup very easily at times.
#58 – Jerchel Geathers-Washington Jerchel Geathers-Washington 6'0" | PF Carvers Bay | 2024 State SC – Carvers Bay HS
Geathers will be sporting a red and gold uniform this season since she made the move out to the Choppee Community of Georgetown County. Jerchel can play inside-out on the floor at times but still is learning the game. Geathers plays all 3 seasons in school a different sport. Jerchel can battle down in the paint and draw contact all day long. Geathers has a good nose for the ball and looks to rebound outside her area when needed.
#34 – Ahminah Taylor Ahminah Taylor 5'5" | PG Silver Bluff | 2024 State SC – Silver Bluff HS (pictured on front)
Taylor kept her play going since last weekend at the Prep Girls Hoops Top 250. Ahminah a point guard helped the Lady Bulldogs get to the SCHSL Class 2A State Championship Game last season as a freshman. Taylor was able to slash to the cup or dish to a open teammate.
#31 – Rickell Brown Rickell Brown 5'7" | SG Sumter | 2024 State SC – Sumter HS
Brown just like Taylor played in a State Championship Game last March. Rickell really gets after it at times on the defensive end of the floor. Brown feels most comfortable playing off the ball and can really extend the defense with her three point shooting ability. Brown is always in the right position on the floor to make a play.
#2 – Kiyomi McMiller Kiyomi McMiller 5'8" | PG Life Center Academy | 2024 State NJ – Trinity Collegiate (Darlington)
McMiller a point guard has a big reputation coming to the Palmetto State this coming season. McMiller is ranked #10 nationally in the ESPN latest rankings. Kiyomi takes a back seat to Joyce Edwards Joyce Edwards 6'3" | PF Camden | 2024 State SC from Camden HS here in the 2024 Palmetto State Class.
