I did not know much about Martin and had never seen her play until this year’s Class 5A State Tournament. I am super impressed that the Ottawa Braves have landed the Indians’ star. She will have the chance to make a run at a ton of school records at Ottawa depending on if she stays there for an entire four years. I think she will have an immediate impact on that roster. The NAIA programs in Kansas often get overlooked, but the KCAC is a talented conference, and I think this will be a good fit for Martin and Ottawa. I feel like she could play at the Division II level. Her career will be a fun one to track.
