The Classic Preview Players to Watch

This weekend will be a lot of good teams down at The Classic in Louisville, SMAC team will debut throughout the weekend with multiple talented players from all over. Have high ranked players in the state of Ohio and players that are on the watch list and have made their mark throughout the AAU season as its coming to a closure 2023 Smac Lady Ballers are a well-talented team from the guards to the post players. They can get up and down the court and play solid team defense to make sure they always get the upper hand to come out with the win. They are a well-rounded oil machine. It starts with their guard play in [player_tooltip player_id="157709" first="Paige" last="Kohler"] very skilled guard from Olmstead Falls and she has put notice they her play deserves more attention than she is getting. Be on the watch for her this weekend. Then you have [player_tooltip player_id="270501" first="Morgan" last="Blackford"] who can play and defend multiple positions on the floor she doesn’t have to be a big-time scorer cause she can fill the stat sheet and oppose her will in different ways of the game. She has a good upside and will only get better from here on out. Last is [player_tooltip player_id="366627" first="Morgan" last="Kress"] smooth left-handed player with the mid-range and can also hit the shot from the 3. She is long and uses her skill to attack the rim from either side of the basket. She may not have a big size down low but will give you a fight on the block and make you work for your shot. So much talent on this team you would not want to miss out. 2024 Smac Shock is probably one of the solid teams you will find. They don’t go that deep but they can run and score very quickly advancing to the championship in every tournament they been in so far, if you wanna see some excellent defense, assist and all around performance then you wouldn’t want to miss out. She can get to the rim, shoot the 3 ball and puts the pressure on the defense to get to the free throw line and she is just about lights out from the stripe. She will pressure you all game long and rack a lot of steals up for her team. If you want a player that can put pressure and score she is the one. [player_tooltip player_id="338803" first="Gia" last="Piscitelli"] Another solid guard with Smac who can score at will and hard to be denied from getting to the rim. She has a smooth mid range jump shot and very shifty to get to the basket. Moves well without the ball and see’s the floor to make some home round passes. Very strong guard and you can see that. get ready she will make some incredible plays this weekend. Write her name down you will hear about her. 2024 Smac Attack with solid guards that can control the game at any moment. They can slice a defense up and make plays happen at a drop of the dime. Then you can move to the wing players they have which everyone on this team is talented on the wings you can go wrong with who is in the game they will give you something to think about. They have a team of skilled players just watch and you will see. [player_tooltip player_id="280086" first="Grace" last="Kingery"] highly talented forward with guard skills she has unlimited range in her jump shot if you look at it she is one of the most purest shooters out their. She can take a smaller defender and punish her down in the low post and shoot over the defender. She has the all around game and looks to have a big weekend in front of colleges. [player_tooltip player_id="217341" first="Isabella" last="Callaway"] has a very high IQ of the game she can read the defense make the good pass, but she also can score in multiple ways, she works on her shot daily to become a better shooter and it has showed. She can get to the basket with ease. She has worked the passing lanes and backside help which has improved this AAU season. She is definitely a floor leader and as her career continues the sky will be the limit for this guard/shooting guard. She pressures the other guards to force turnovers. She see’s the floor well and dishes it out to her team you will never see her hold the ball in her hands more than she has too, that is what you are looking for in a player
