She’s always pushing her opponents’ limits. She’s always breaking them down with a very confident and deliberate attack. Whether she’s driving into the lane or squaring up for a step-back 3, opponents should fear anytime she launches a shot toward the basket. She’s also sneaky fast on the defensive end and often ends up in passing lanes a split second after the passer realizes she’s made a terrible mistake in releasing the ball. She may have committed to North Carolina, but there are plenty of good reasons several other D-I programs will try and pry her from the Tar Heels.
Ella Kirby Ella Kirby 5'8" | SG Portsmouth Notre Dame | 2024 OH , OV Dragons 2024 Red, SG, 5-8 – Kirby brings a multi-positional attack to the floor that works in every game. She can play point guard and get her buckets. She can play 2-4 and still be as effective as she is at the one. In the latest example against the Cincinnati Angels, she showed off a range that extends to the three-point line and the capability of guarding players whose athletic ability exceeds her own.
Ariana Bullock Ariana Bullock 6'2" | PF Kenwood | 2024 IL -Williams, Example Sports 16u UAA 2024, WF, 6-2 – Bullock-Williams impressed me with her swarming and relentless defense. She uses her long and lanky body, understanding of how to use that body, and her athletic gifts in order to create a bad time for her defenders. Take her opening game for example, several times she sagged off her defender and baited a pass to them. Once they gathered the ball, the heat was on and there was no dribbling or passing, just trying to keep Bullock-Williams away from the ball. How did that work? Not well. There were too many times to count where Bullock-Williams took the ball and transitioned her group into the fast-break game.
Kristina Ouimette Kristina Ouimette 6'1" | PF Lakeland | 2025 State WI , Wisconsin Flight Elite EYBL, SG, Fr., 6-1 – Here’s the great thing about Ouimette: She’s got the size to play 2 and 3 with the scoring chops to match … FOR A FRESHMAN.
Take her opening game of the weekend. In a matchup against SLAAM 2024 Hurt, she put on a bit of a shooting clinic. Lining up almost on the NBA 3-point line, she let shots fly with confidence. Sometimes she had a hand in her face and sometimes she didn’t, the shots came out quickly with an easy and smooth release. She extended with a full follow through with elevation to spare. If you are a coach in the market for a shooter, check her out.
