Brooks has starred at Trenton Catholic and St. John Vianney in her high school career, playing most recently with the Lady Lancers, who won the final Tournament of Champions title, as well as another state title to add to the trophy cabinet.
Now having completed her junior year with a number of different offers from Division 1 teams on the table, Brooks officially made her decision on June 10.
Brooks announced on Twitter that she would be continuing her basketball career at NC State, one of the top women’s basketball programs in the country.

The Wolfpack have consistently been ranked in the top 10 over the past half-decade at least, have four consecutive Sweet Sixteen appearances and made their second Elite Eight in program history in 2022.
They’ll be adding a player who has averaged 16.5 points a game over her high school career, reaching her peak in the past two years, where she’s averaging closer to 19 points a game.
On top of that, Brooks has averaged 4.6 rebounds a game, 4.1 assists a game and 4.1 steals a game in 76 career high school games thus far.
Brooks is someone who can dominate a game in a number of ways and has improved tremendously in her rebounding and passing over time. She plays with confidence and with tenacity on the floor, able to take over any game in an instant.
The combination of her and Madison St. Rose last year was one of the best tandems in the history of New Jersey high school girls basketball as both will be playing for major D1 programs very soon.
Brooks will be the focal point of SJV this coming season, and she has the ability to be a Player of the Year candidate for the entire state.
Her success and accolades are well-deserved and from the entire PGH NJ team, congrats on your commitment Zoe and continued success moving forward.
