Gabby O’Hara Gabby O’Hara 5'5" | SF Bernalillo | 2023 State NM : 5’9 Small Forward “Bernalillo” Class of 2023
Gabby O’Hara Gabby O’Hara 5'5" | SF Bernalillo | 2023 State NM from Bernalillo High School turned into one of the top forwards and players from her play this past season. She was a reliable player who remained consistent all season and played her best during the biggest games of the season. More often than not, she was a double-double machine and averaged just shy of that. Gabby averaged 11.0 points per game and 8.6 rebounds per game for Bernalillo last year. She rose her game to another level during the state tournament and helped Bernalillo advance to the 4A State Championship game. She was a physical forward who wasn’t afraid of getting her hands dirty inside the paint and low post area. Gabby often held her own, and was a good back to the basket post player who finished around the rim effectively.
Aaliyah Nevarez Aaliyah Nevarez 5'10" | SF Highland | 2023 State NM : 5’10 Small Forward “Highland” Class of 2023
Aaliyah Nevarez Aaliyah Nevarez 5'10" | SF Highland | 2023 State NM had a productive season for the Highland Hornets during her junior season this past year. She was without a doubt the teams second best player last season and averaged about 10 points per game as the teams second leading scorer last year. Aaliyah makes her most damage from outside the perimeter with her three-point shooting. She has great form and is a solid “Catch and Shoot” player. Aaliyah made 64 three-pointers last season which was the most on her team, 7th in the state of New Mexico and shot 40% from behind the arc. Her play helped Highland High School finish 21-6 last season, become district champions and reach the 4A State Quarterfinals.
Audriana Wright Audriana Wright 5'10" | SF Sandia | 2025 State NM : 5’10 Small Forward “Sandia” Class of 2025
Audriana Wright Audriana Wright 5'10" | SF Sandia | 2025 State NM continues to impress myself and others around the community with the progress she’s made since the beginning of her freshman year. Audriana has added many new components to her game that makes her an impact player at various areas on the floor. She is a utility player that has an all-around game that only a few players at her position can play. Audriana can score the ball when she needs too as well as run/direct the offense as a primary ball handler. She is a willing rebounder and defender who takes as much pride on that end of the floor as her offense. Throughout the off-season, she’s been a gym-rat and has been seen at almost every camp, tournament or workout putting extra time in her game.
Aspen Salazar Aspen Salazar 5'9" | SF Centennial | 2023 State NM : 5’9 Small Forward “Centennial” Class of 2023
Aspen Salazar Aspen Salazar 5'9" | SF Centennial | 2023 State NM was the best player on a Centennial roster who was a solid team from a season ago. She averaged a respectable 14.1 points per game as the teams leading scorer and 6.3 rebounds per game. Aspen did that while playing winning basketball and helping Centennial finish 20-10 last season. She is a player that can create her own shot and can get to her spots on the floor whenever she wants. Aspen is an explosive player that thrives at putting the basketball on the floor when attacking the basket. Aspen has been getting attention on the D1 level and is poised to have another big year for Centennial.
