Carlee Julius has been a consistent and efficient producer all through-out her high school career. I haven’t seen her compete as of late but I expect Julius to come into her senior year looking to make a big statement. A player that possesses the potential to change the outcome of the game with her play in the post, while being able to really work anywhere from 15FT and in. This 2024 class is thriving with centers that could hold their own at most divisions of the college level, Julis is one of those centers. If she sticks to the plan and plays within her role this winter, it’s sure to be a big one for herself, and for her team.

Carlee Julius‘ Des Moines Lincoln high school team didn’t have the year they would of imagined going into last season but that doesn’t change the fact that Julius was a nice talent at the post position, who competed her heart out each game she played. Throughout the season she was a monster on the glass, no matter if it was offense or defense. I would have to say this is her best skill on the court as she comes in ending the season as the #2 rebounder in the entire state of Iowa. Going into her senior year she is going to have a target on her back as one of the best rebounders in the state, along with being a solid talent the offensive side of things. If there is a college coach out there looking for a player with good size, a high motor, and someone who is going to work hard each and every possession, Carlee Julius maybe that player for you. I’m excited to see what she will do for her upcoming senior season.
