Espanol gets the job done on both ends of the floor. I talked about their team defense right? Well Espanol can be a key factor in that defensive prominence. She can defend the length of the floor and is nasty in a trapping defense. Espanol generally forces multiple turnovers in every game. When she’s on the offensive end, Rockford will need to close out quickly on her.

Espanol was terrific in her team’s victory against East Grand Rapids. Ignore that number next to her name, that will be fixed by a couple hundred spots in due time. She showed quick hands and anticipation defensively. Espanol utilized defensive positioning and made life difficult for her opponents. She played really well coming off screens and shot the ball purely and confidently off catch and shoots from behind the arc.
