Bella Smith Bella Smith CG LA (Sr) 5’10
The LSUA signee will play a big role for the Lady Panthers as she’s there leading scorer and rebounder. A kid that can shoot it from deep and at 5’10 gets to the rim and finishes through contact and has the ability to post up smaller guards on the block. LSUA got a steal in signing Bella
Ressie Jinks (So) 5’5
The motor behind the Lady Panthers fast pace attack, Ressie is the Steve Nash of Louisiana girls Basketball. Great at setting up her teammates for open looks in the dribble drive scheme with the ability at 5’5 to blow past defenders and finish in the lane. Averaging double digit points and assist for the Lady Panthers if Ressie is pushing the tempo look for Tittle number 15 to go back to Grant Louisiana.
Hathaway
Sienna Guidry Sienna Guidry 5'8" | SG Hathaway | 2026 State LA (F) 5’8
Looking to continue putting together a solid freshman season the 5’8 guard who holds a division one offer already will need to keep showing her versatility. Good size Sienna has a pure stroke from deep and for a young player she has a nice feel for the game being able to create for her teammates and use her size to see over defenders.
Lamiyah Sanchez Lamiyah Sanchez SG LA (Sr) 5’7
Don’t let her get hot the goal becomes an ocean to this kid. She can easily get you 20+ the way she shoots the ball from deep. Having a 40 point game this year proved the type of scorer she can be and is. Part of a three headed monster at Hathaway Sanchez is the best pure bucket getter of the bunch.
Madison Suire Madison Suire PG LA (Jr) 5’5
Small school basketball in Louisiana is basically a track meet on wood with a ball added to it. With that said Madison would be the lead leg for the the Lady Hornets. The Pace setter the little ball of energy plays fast and under control all while being able to set up teammates and find scoring opportunities for herself. Where she will be key is on the defensive end for the Lady Hornets if they have any asperations on bringing a state title home.
Oak Hill
Alexis Dyer Alexis Dyer 5'10" | SF Oak Hill | 2024 State LA (Jr) 5’11
Listed as a 5’11 center Alexis is a 5’11 basketball player! The kid just does everything coming into this years Top 28 Lex is averaging 17.3 ppg and 9.2 boards. A mismatch as she can take bigger defenders on the wing and beat them off the bounce or if you try and defend her with a guard she has post work that dominates smaller defenders. She doesn’t get enough credit as being a good shooter but she has a beautiful stroke from deep that’s not often showed due to her playing on the block for the most part.
Krystina Greene (Jr) 5’9
The Stat sheet stuffer who’s dishing out 5.1 dimes, 9.3 boards and 12ppg is the spark for the Lady Rams. You may catch her playing 1-4 but wherever she is she’s making an impact on the game ether getting to the rack and creating chances for her teammates or being in the passing lanes on the defensive end causing havoc for the opposition. Greene’s play this week will be key for the Lady Rams and there title hopes!
Js Clark
Taylor Barnaba Taylor Barnaba 5'4" | PG JS Clark | 2026 State LA (Fr) 5’4
The small but dynamite Pg from Js Clark high can flat out get it done. The lefty can beat you off the bounce with a shifty handle and a float game that’s unmatched. Being able to see her over the last few summers Taylor is always adding something new to her game lately I’ve been impressed with her ability to play at two different speeds she’s no longer going a 100 mph all the time. One of the better guards in the state regardless of classification can the freshman bring the tittle back to the O-P?
Family Christian
Aaliyah Gaddis Aaliyah Gaddis 6'0" | SF Family Christian | 2026 State LA (Fr) 6’0
Gaddis has a ton of untapped potential and is kind of raw at the moment, even with that she has a decent handle can finish at the rim amongst the trees. Already possessing a next level body that she uses to carve out position and dominate the glass Aaliyah in my opinion has a chance to be a hybrid forward at the next level as she has time to develop her perimeter game. Gaddis can go right or left with her handle and often times will be a mismatch problem.
