This past weekend at the Legacy Region Kick Off in Milwaukee, Wisconsin I had the opportunity to watch a lot of great players and teams do their thing out on the court. Here were my GameChangers at the 15U level.

The best point guard that I saw at the 15U level this weekend was Rayanna Jenkins Rayanna Jenkins Rayanna Jenkins 5’4″ | PG Menasha | 2026 WI from the Wisconsin Blizzard 2026 Hawley team. Jenkins, was a true GameChanger in every sense of the word. She kept her team in it early and often, created for others on almost every possession that she did not personally score on, beat her initial defender off of the dribble and played off of two feet in the middle of the lane, and recorded maybe a tournament record for steals throughout all the games she played in. There was two full games in which I got to watch Rayanna and she was the best player on the floor from start to finish in both, including single handedly winning a game by herself with her steals and finishing ability within the last 10 minutes of the contest. She led her team from the front all weekend, I’m excited to see what the future brings with this one.

When talking about a player with maybe the most skill/height combined at the 15U level this past weekend we need to mention Graycin Phillips Graycin Phillips Graycin Phillips 6’0″ | SF Waunakee | 2026 State WI of the Wisconsin Impact 2026 Sid. Phillips is a lengthy forward who knows her role and plays it to perfection for her team. She spreads the floor with her shooting ability but doesn’t settle for three’s. She shows off that her game is versatile on several different levels wether it be her scoring ability, what she can bring to the defensive side of the floor, or her team-play in general. As a prospect there are a lot of things to like about her while looking at her overall game. All I know for sure is that this past weekend, she was a GameChanger for her team in every way possible you can think of.

A player who does a little bit of everything for her team each game is Eilish Raines Eilish Raines 5’10” | SF Providence Catholic | 2026 IL . Raines is a lengthy combo guard/forward who did a lot of positive things on the floor this past weekend. She can handle, shoot, and distribute at a consistent level while being pretty solid defensively. A big part of her game that stands out to me is that she is not afraid of contact and does well getting by the defense for a semi-open look, near the basket. A lot of teams out there have a player who is on their roster that comes in and does the dirty work, the stuff that won’t get you a ton of credit by the public eye but it helps your team succeed in the end, Eilish is that player. A true GameChanger.

Linda Kalumbula

School: Wauwatosa East
Club: Wisconsin Shooters 2026

Linda Kalumbula was one of the more interesting prospects that I got to witness play throughout my day on Saturday. She stands with solid height and size at 5’9, has a fundamental overall game, and shows off a great attitude with her teammates on the court. Unfortunately in the complete game that I had a chance to watch the 2026 WI Shooters they ended up falling short of their competition but that didn’t stop Kalumbula from showing off that she was one of the most well-rounded players in the tournament at her age. She did a lot of positive for her group and when she did something that wasn’t great, she kept a good attitude and didn’t let it change her game. She showed off that she really was a GameChanger. No matter the score at the end of the contest, she was there to compete and leave everything on the floor.

Lillian Morrisey

Lillian Morrisey

School: Schaeffer Academy
Club: Air Minnesota 2026

One of the most fun teams to watch for myself this Saturday was the Air Minnesota 2026. A team that is stacked with talent at all positions. I would not want to be one of their opponents coming up this AAU season. With that being said, this team had multiple players stand out across the weekend, one of the most impressive being Lillian Morrisey. Morrisey, is a 5’11/6 ft forward who moves really well. She basically plays to her advantages inside the three point line but isn’t afraid to come out and screen or move outside of the perimeter for a possession of two. Her length and athleticism on the floor stand out above most. If she keeps working hard and expanding her game, she is going to be a lengthy forward by the end of her high school career with a lot of college interest from recruiters. This weekend she was a GameChanger and I expect that to keep up continuing moving forward from what I saw this weekend.
