Grassroots Outlook: Carolina All-Stars 17U

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We are roughly a month into the AAU season across North Carolina and there are already a few teams that are standing out among what is, once again, a competitive grassroots field.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of those is Carolina All-Stars which is based out of Raleigh-Durham. The teams had an excellent showing recently at the Prep Girls Hoops Triumph Region Kickoff at the Upward Star Center in South Carolina and continued its stellar work at the CGHR Spring Kickoff. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Its 17U team is coached by Ty Cox who also is at the helm of the program's 14U squad. Here is a look at Carolina All-Stars 17U roster. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='426891' first='Jasmine' last='Utley'] </strong>– The Titans standout participates on both the varsity basketball and varsity volleyball teams. Cairn University recently extended an offer to Utley. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='612311' first='Aaliyah' last='Graham']</strong> – Graham is another on the Carolina All-Stars roster that has received an offer from Cairn. She displayed from start to finish why she landed an offer from Charleston Southern. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Kadin Scott</strong> – Scott is one of four from NC GBB Academy on the 17U roster. She played in 28 games last season for the Eagles. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='261080' first='Krystal' last='Haddock']</strong> – Haddock previously ran on the grassroots circuit with Lady Strong/Strong Center 2024. She particularly can display her talents as a defender. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Brittany Silver</strong> – She is one of two on the Carolina All-Stars 17U roster playing up in class as a 2026.
