Lili Booker knows how to make plays on both ends of the court blocking shots with quick close outs and making sharp passes to her teammates at the basket.  She can take it all the way herself not backing down from contact.  She knows how to finesse her way to the rim showing off ball fakes and getting the open look.  She showed off her range knocking it down from deep with ease.

Lili Booker had herself a great game on Thursday night. She scored 18 points for Mallard Creek while helping her team to a 12 and 4 overall record, and a perfect 5 and 0 record in the Queen City Conference. Booker is currently shooting 50% from the floor and averaging over 17 points per contest. She also knows how to find her teammates. On the drive, Booker will attack the rim – draw two defenders – and drop the pass for an easy score. She has elite speed and a fantastic feel for the game.

Lili Booker Lili Booker 5'7" | CG Mallard Creek | 2024 State NC had a huge game for Mallard Creek. She scored 32 points in a variety of ways for her team. She is an amazing athlete who forces multiple steals that lead to lay-ups, and ones, and free throw opportunities. Booker has a lightning-quick first step, and it is nearly impossible for defenders to keep her in front. She is leading her team in points per game, assists per game, steals per game, and is second in three-point shooting percentage. She is a creative player who is fun to watch on the court. Booker has committed to play for Longwood University following her high school career. 

Lili Booker is finishing up her high school season with Mallard Creek, and she is fitting right in with the increased tempo team.  Her defense is continuing to be top notch against difficult opponents finding ways to rattle their ball handling and swipe away steals.  She is a three level scorer on the other end knowing how to power through her defenders or create her own space to show off her jump shot.

Lilian Booker is scoring 16 points per game for Mallard Creek High School. Booker has a pretty shot that goes in for her team. This season, she is shooting over 47% from the field and over 31% from the three. She can also drive hard to the rim and score or get to the charity stripe for the Mavericks. Booker competes on offense and on defense. Additonally, she is collecting over 4 steals per game that she turns into easy offense. Booker has fantastic court vision and is a willing passer.

There is not much to say about Lili that hasn’t already been said about this stellar guard. When she is on the floor, everyone benefits from her ability to run the offense and feed others the ball. She always appears to be playing at a different pace than everyone else and her speed is unlike anything you’ll see. Her end to end speed is just not fair. There were moments in the game where players were simply left in the dust as there is no chance of catching her on the break. She changed the course of the game in the second half with her ability to disrupt passing lanes and get down the floor in transition. While she can score with the best of them, she is a very good passer. She can pass players open and utilizes very effective bounce passes through traffic. As the team continues to adjust to Lili running the offense, it is easy to see that she can be the missing piece to getting the Lady Mavericks over the hump in the 4A playoffs at year’s end. 

Lili Booker has been a high motor guard who always goes 100% in every game that she plays.  She’s aggressive on defense knowing how to grab steals and push the other direction.  She’s quick with the ball, and she can make the perfect passes up the court helping her teammates score in transition.  She is constantly moving even without the ball finding the open look staying ready to show off her shot off the pass.

A year ago, she scored over 13 points per game and shot over 48% from the floor. Booker can score the basketball from three or in the paint. On defense, she gives everything she has. Booker pressures the basketball, shoots passing lanes, and is an elite help-side defender. Booker has a high basketball IQ and the ability to change a game on offense or defense. 

Lili Booker Lili Booker 5'7" | CG Mallard Creek | 2024 State NC is always moving on the court getting inside for rebounds and putting up offensive boards when she grabs them.  She doesn’t back down inside on defense either being ready to protect the basket against anyone.  She has a nice pull up jumper stopping on a dime to score.  She does a nice job drawing her opponents to her to open up the court for her teammates.

Lili Booker Lili Booker 5'7" | CG Mallard Creek | 2024 State NC is so explosive flashing all over the court getting open for the pass.  She makes the defense move even if she doesn’t get the pass, and when she does get the ball, she’s quick with it attacking the basket for some points.  She is always running full speed on both ends of the court attacking the passing lanes or attacking the basket.
