Jay M. Robinson HS, home of the 3A Bulldogs, played host to a unique mid-season event this past weekend.

Said event was the Carolina Clash, hosted by Carolina Girls Hoops Report. What made the get-together unique was that it welcomed teams from neighboring states such as South Carolina and Tennessee as well as the expected fare from the Hoop State. The Palmetto State's Legacy Early College and the Volunteer State's Clarksville Christian were the out-of-state assemblings that were on hand.

After watching the three varsity games that took place in the Charlotte suburbs, we give recognition to those who particularly stood out among the crowd this past weekend.

Her [program_tooltip program_id='713552' first='1' last='of 1'] Prep team was locked in a tight contest against a formidable foe in Northside Christian. Fritz tallied 17 points to lead all scorers for that game.
