Bethesda CC Tops Seneca Valley- Top Performers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Two of Montgomery County's top teams clashed in an early season match up as Bethesda Chevy Chase traveled over to Seneca Valley. Bethesda led throughout the entire game with Seneca Valley starting off very slowly but hanging around for most of the game. Seneca Valley's strategy seemed to be pounding the ball inside where they had a size advantage, but they could not consistently make shots against Bethesda's stingy defense. Senior guard Anna Tercyak led everyone is scoring with 25 points as she helped Bethesda thwart all rallies that came their way. The final score was Bethesda CC 49. She attacked the rim aggressively and played with a lot of confidence. She was under heavy pressure all game and did a good job of keeping her dribble, keeping her head up and making good decisions. She made 3 three-pointers and really helped the team stay close to Bethesda when no one else could make a shot. She played good defense and was all over the court making hustle plays and fighting to the end.
