Brown is back at Legacy Early College after starting the school year at Quality Education Academy in North Carolina. Zhykera really can get the ball downhill to the cup when needed. She can set up shop out on the perimeter for a jumper when she’s not bullying defenders on the way to the bucket.
Hiller-Johnson brings a blue-collar mindset to the floor and a willingness to work down in the paint for the Diamond Hornets. Taelor has soft hands to catch anything thrown in her direction. She tends to play her best basketball from 4 feet into the hoop. Taelor will look to challenge shots on the defensive end of the floor.
Cebula moved here this past fall from the State of Kansas. Sasha is an athletic forward with a good motor on the floor. She seems most comfortable out on the wing with her play. Sasha moves well without the ball and looks to crash the glass on both ends of the court.
Nevaeh is a true post player for the Lady Chiefs. She does a nice job of keeping the ball up high after claiming it off the glass. Washington looks to play aggressive on both ends of the floor. She will look to post up and gain position down on the block. Nevaeh can be counted on at times to be a mover-screener on the floor for the Lady Chiefs.
Highlights
Exley plays a bit off the grid down on South Carolina-Georgia State Line right off Interstate-95. Exley is a bit of a mystery to us here at Prep Girls Hoops. Will make sure to take in another game from her in the very near future. Jaden is currently averaging 17.8 ppg this season for the Lady Jaguars (6-7).
Highlights
Murray was a nice surprise with her play for the Lady Braves. She’s currently averaging 11.4 ppg and 5.1 rebounds from her guard position. Sa’Nya will play the game vocally from out top. She was able to connect on some floaters when she wasn’t dropping the 3-ball from behind the arc. Murray constantly played till the whistle blew and never took and plays off while on the floor.
