She is so complete and does everything for an excellent Meridian squad. She opened the week with a 15-point, 11-rebound, 10-assist game in a win over Skyline. Josie knocked down 3 threes and finished with 22 points and 7 rebounds. Josie had an excellent game against a great John Handley team on Wednesday and finished with a crucial 16 points in a close win over Millbrook. Last week, I shouted out junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='755782' first='Olivia' last='Jones']' big performance, and this week, I want to mention another junior Guard, Jill Humphreys. Jill had a tremendous game against Lake Braddock on Tuesday. She knocked down a couple of threes and turned the stifling West Potomac defense into offense. Elizabeth has been fantastic all season, and she and [player_tooltip player_id='389125' first='Georgia' last='Simonsen'] have carried much of the team's offensive load. In Robinson's first win of the week, Elizabeth led all scorers with 10 points in a game with only 53 combined points. Elizabeth had an even bigger day in a razor-close win against West Potomac. She had 23 and knocked down a couple of threes. She has been Tusky's second most productive player. I had a chance to watch her this week, and I was impressed. Delainey opened the week up leading Tuscarora in points in a win over Rock Ridge. She finished with 18 points and four assists. She also chipped in 12 in a win over a solid Loudoun Valley team.
