Mannon was another guard who used her athleticism on both ends, and I already knew she could shoot it; she gave me the “catch and shoot” a few times. Watching her rebound and go coast to coast while being pressured to score was nice, and speaking of pressure, her defense, “on the ball,” coupled with quick hands, got her some steals and she beat the offensive player to the spot several times to make them pick up their dribble

Great size guard that can played the 2-3 spot in Saturday’s game. A outside shooting threat from deep that has hands ready, and feet set for the knockdown 3. Strong drives to the rim when ran off the line finishing through the contact for the bucket. Consistently moving without the ball filling the gaps looking for the scoring opportunity. Competitive on the defense end that does not mind getting in the mix for rebounds or loose balls. The skills and understanding of the game I can understand why she a highly ranked 2026

Maddie is a player that I have not seen in person but do look forward to seeing her play in the upcoming week. So I had do my homework and when doing so I came across an outstanding 3 point shooter. A shooter that has WNBA range and maybe then some. Smooth shot that was in rhythm off the catch n shoot or off a pump fake side step shot. Listed as a small forward at 5’11 she could easily be a 2 guard with her skill set.
Joined the 1,000 point club this season. Named 5A Central All Conference and well as 5A All State. A 2026 that has received offers already and is looking to rise her stock with a strong summer.

was 19/42 from the three entering the Central game, and she continued to add to her already lights-out shooting. In fact, Mannion was one of Vilonia’s primary pieces who got the team back into the swing of the game.
Mannion scored 16 points to go along with 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Mannion shot 50% from outside, with 12 of her 16 points coming from the triple. She hit threes in almost every period, and she also scored from mid-range and in the paint.
Vilonia was without their starting center against the taller Lady Tigers, so they had to rely a lot on Mannion to crash the glass. She grabbed 3 defensive rebounds and 3 offensive rebounds, trigging the fastbreak and giving her team second-chance opportunities. Her defense was also solid, making the Little Rock Central wings work extra hard for their offense.

is statistically one of the best three point shooters in Arkansas high school girls basketball history, so look for her to have more games where she puts up more than just one triple.

was clearly the best 3-point shooter on the floor, knocking down two triples from way beyond the 3-point line.
Mannion had 10 first half points, along with two deep triples. Her release is quick and flexible, as she is able to launch it from deep, even against closeouts.
When the Lady Wildcats started to key in on her outside shooting, Mannion had a quiet second half. Despite that, Mannion was able to find ways to make an impact. She played sound on-ball defense and made some nice passes, especially in transition to get her teammates involved.

This team is full of shooters, and Maddie can flat-out shoot! She sets the standard for the rest of the team and proves she’s the ” Queen of the Court”. Hitting six 3 pointers in one game and going for 5 in 2 other games is crazy! Her range is a nightmare for defenses and in the 24-25 season, it will be no different. At 5’11 Mannion will continue to stretch the defense while they hope she misses…. …Might as well catch it out of the net. Learning how to draw the defense to herself is a process she will embrace. Her shooting form is crisp and consistent, and I see Maddie claiming the top ranking by her senior year becoming the “Queen of the Court” in Arkansas Girls High School Basketball.
