Williams was one of the more shifty guards on the floor, using her bounce and quick footwork to create separation. She has an intuitive sense of where the ball should go and her fluidity flashed in passing drills where she was a stand-out. In addition to her natural distribution skills, Williams elevates on rebounds more than you would expect for a player of her size and can sink her jump shot. One of the more athletic players at the combine.

I can honestly say this is my 2nd or 3rd time seeing Williams play, and once again she has left me impressed. From a talent standpoint, Williams has a different speed, gear, and motor than most guards. Though she may be seen as an under-sized guard, she makes up for all of it on the athleticism standpoint, and her handles and feel for the game are college-ready. Whether it is the visibility or lack of attention, Williams has a case for one of the more well-rounded guards in the state, and that will be reflected in the next update.

Syncere Williams Syncere Williams 5'6" | PG Waubonsie Valley | 2027 IL is a do-it-all type prospect. She is a shooting guard with fantastic athletic ability, she knows situational things about the game, and she will take on any job/task that her coaches may ask of her. Whether that be guarding her opponent in the full court for a game or trying to stop a dominant post threat. It doesn’t matter. Whatever she can do, she will and that says a lot about the player she really is. Williams put together a nice weekend overall. She showed that she can fit into a lot of collegiate systems and she is still really young in her career, so the future is bright.
