2024 Player Rankings Update: Recent College Commitments

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Throughout the 2024 Class in the state of Nebraska, there are several prospects that are committed to compete at the next level. In this article, we highlight five of those players and where they are going to go! Petersen was her team's presence in the middle of the paint, with the ability to step out and rotate the ball at the perimeter or screen for her fellow teammates. She displayed that she has active hands and feet with a soft touch on the ball, leading to a lot of easy buckets in the middle of the lane for herself. As of most recent, Petersen has committed to Cloud County College. This is a big pick up for CC as Petersen had several offers from the D3 level across the Midwest. She is a savvy prospect, that can score the ball in waves if you aren't careful while attempting to contain her on defense. Mlnarik is going to be lacing up with Hasting College to compete starting this Fall and I can't wait to see how her game translates. Like I said, she can really score that thing. If she stays confident and works on expanding her game, she is going to produce at a high rate for this program. This program is bringing in quite the 2024 recruiting Class. Miller is another prospect out of this Class that is committed to compete at Hasting and she can also really score the basketball. Miller understands pace of play, the best route of attack against an opponent, and situational basketball. Not to mention, she is very skilled. She is fast with a high level of athleticism than most and that's accounting for her coming off of a surgery. If she steadily works on improving her efficiency at the next level, she could thrive. Bekaert is a smaller guard, who has a smooth and confident play-style. With her [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] AAU team last Spring, she displayed that she can be an offensive weapon in the open court or she can hunker down and really help out her team on the defensive side of things. She displays a nice shot form from any distance on the court, with the ability to get to the midrange or basket if anyone is overplaying her a certain way. The Buena Vista Beavers are in a situation where they just replaced their coaching staff and Head Coach. If their new coach can come in with the right system and mindset, they are going to be successful with the personal they have. If not, things become much more interesting down the road. As for Bekaert, she is going to worry about herself and give it her full effort.
