Carrasco continues to show how effective she can be playing either the 1 or the 2 and much of that falls back to what I immediately noticed about her in elementary school, her “poise under pressure”. The pull-up jumper in the set, the stop and pop in transition, both mid to long-range were nice so was her dishing off the dribble or hitting teammates in transition for baskets
Crawford is another player that sold me in elementary school and as I was watching her drop it from deep from 4 courts away not knowing it was her, one move in the open court didn’t make me leave my seat because she is one of the most electrifying guards in her class and seeing her use the crossover then explode in the backcourt past defenders going full speed to score or dish had me smiling

King continues to show she is a QUEEN around the basket yet her variety of moves start with her hands and footwork to score with either hand. She also scored off the dribble, nice body control to finish after contact yet her pull-up jumper from midrange creates problems as well. She not only rebounds, on both ends, but handles the ball afterward

Milton is yet another player I caught in elementary school that showed signs yet those signs have blinking lights around them and asked her before the game “are you 100%” and she smiled and said yes. Why did I ask, because she goes hard no matter what and her overpowering defenders off the dribble to score is nice, well very nice, so is her pull up jumper and “on the ball” defense

Khawaja is showing she’s one of the top shooters in her class, well I saw that coming as she was going up the ranks year after year but her concentration is REAL as she does a good job setting the defender up to create spacing and drop it, mid to long-range. She wants the ball down the stretch and she delivers but her attacking to score has gotten better, so has her court vision
Holmen just mesmerizes me at times and her demeanor combined with her skill-set will have her very high when I change the Watchlist to numbers by names. Look, off the dribble, she’s hard to handle because she can attack with either hand going full speed but her staying under control is the key, to both scoring or assisting. She also can drop the jumper, with a hand in her face, and be a menace on defense
Kemp has had me hollering KK for a very long time which fits because she’s a “long and athletic” guard that brings so much to the table. She can defend on the ball, baseline to baseline, she plays the passing lane very well, she has nice court vision and an explosive first step which enables her to finish not only strongly, but acrobatically at times. The jumper gives her options and it keeps the defender on their toes
Bares is “long and athletic” which is THE BASE because not only do I love evaluating that profile, so do COUNTLESS next level coaches which fits because she has countless offers on the table. I’m digging her being able to take over games, from either end because she rebounds, on both ends and her interior defense as well as timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots is special, so is her scoring around then basket, putbacks included, off the dribble or from mid to long-long range
