McDonald has some size and raw skill on the hardwood. She is a prospect that makes the most out of the chances she is given, while creating in her own ways any chance that she gets. Sometimes you see a prospect that plays with a chip on their shoulder or it seems like they are trying to prove something. Well I think McDonald falls in that category. Every time she takes the floor, she leaves it all out there while being a solid teammate to those around here. There are a ton of talented, uncommitted individuals in this 2025 Class in Nebraska and McDonald is in that conversation.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["766611"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"I would consider [player_tooltip player_id='766611' first='Kerry' last='Ryan'] a prospect that is very good at cleaning up messes on both sides of the floor. Ryan is a 6'1 Center, that is awesome at getting rebounds off of a missed shot from either her own teammates or the opposing team. Offensively, she has demonstrated that she keeps the ball high on the catch in the post, never bringing it down for smaller players to swipe away, usually finishing the possession in an easy finish for herself underneath the rim. Defensively, prospects are afraid to shoot layups around her because of how good she is at getting deflections or tips. There are some times that she wins her personal matchups purely because of her height but that is not a bad thing. She seems to understand her job and she is relentless in her second jump for the basketball off of a missed shot or rebound. As long as she continues to keep the ball high on the catch against those smaller and weaker players, she should continue to see success moving forward.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["766580"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='766580' first='Sadie' last='Cornell'] is a multi-sport athlete, that thrives on more than just the basketball court. Cornell is an athletic individual, that can be moved around the floor and used in a number of different ways. She is quick enough to get a bucket by blowing past someone in an efficient way or she can score over a smaller prospect near the basket if the opportunity presents itself. I would need to see more of Cornell in person to really be able to dive deep into her play-style but from what I've seen, it's promising. She makes good choices on the floor a majority of the time and she does a fantastic job of communication with the teammates around her. Those two things are usually a recipe for success when it comes to this sport of Basketball so I'm not surprised that she has had a solid high school career up until this point with more to come in the future.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["316648"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='316648' first='Kalison' last='Miller'] is a player that you may have not heard about yet but trust me, she is very solid as an overall prospect. I'm not sure if Miller's first sport is basketball but she has the combination that all coaches love to see of natural high at 5'11 and some coordination. She is someone that can be moved between the 2, 3, and 4 spot at any given moment, while being tasked with either having to hit jumpers, get rebounds, or dominating a matchup from the midpost and in. Her long arms and soft touch on the basketball lead to a lot of success for herself and that has been on full display for a few years now. This past high school season she was shouted out as a POTW candidate because of her production within a specific contest and I think that this is a great example of what she can really do. The future is bright with this one. If she keeps working and is put in a position to be successful within her offense, she will continue to shine.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["670432"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"If any collegiate coach is looking for a prospect that has a quick first step, knowledge of the game, some solid skill, and a great head on her shoulder, look no further then [player_tooltip player_id='670432' first='Isabella' last='Lucero-Miner'] from Millard South High School. Lucero-Miner is coming off of a high school season where she showed off what she could really do in some contests. She was dominant on the offensive end, while being someone that her team could trust in to get a stop on defense against some really skilled opponents. She has a solid shot from deep, even though it may not look like it so much from a fundamental stand point, as it usually seems to go in if she has an open look. She is always one of first to be on the floor for a loose ball or she will be diving into the stands with any chance she gets. This next 6-8 months is really important in her recruitment process but I think she could find a home at the end of the day. I know of a coach or three that would definitely try to recruit her if they see the right things these next few months. She just needs to stay locked in at this point.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6617eab28df54"} /-->
