Aubrey has been Negaunee’s MVP this season and she’s a U.P prospect to watch this postseason. The Miners graduated all-time scoring leader Ella Mason after their semifinal run last season, which created the perfect opportunity for Aubrey to cement her legacy as a senior—which is exactly what she’s done. Negaunee finished the regular season 21-0, won the West-PAC East, and defeated Gladstone, Ishpeming, and Marquette twice. Aubrey was a finalist for West-PAC Defender of the Year last season and is a frontrunner to win the award this season. The Miners are 69-7 with two conference titles, two district titles, a regional final, and a semifinal appearance during her time as a starter. Aubrey scored a combined 48 points with 10 steals and five assists in two games against Calumet with a season-high 30 points and six triples in their first game. She earned the Holiday Bash MVP award with 20 points, four assists, and four steals against Ludington. Aubrey is averaging 13.5 points, 3.4 assists, and 3.1 rebounds per game this season. She has 89 deflections and 71 steals this year with 780 points and 266 steals in her career. Aubrey sets a high standard for work ethic, toughness, and competitiveness in the Negaunee program; she’ll be an excellent addition to a college program.

She hustled to pursue offensive rebounds and blocked layup attempts in the paint. Aubrey scored 32 points in two games, shooting 50% from the field. She added 6 steals, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists to keep the Miners undefeated heading into the new year.

was a phenomenal two-way CG for Zero Star Basketball at the PGH Live. Her outstanding work on defense and vision driving was what set her apart. Aubrey uses crossovers and stutters to drive past defenders and she created fouls in the paint then knocked down her free throws. She defends guards driving to the basket with excellent body control and lateral footwork as she walled up to force a miss without fouling. Aubrey rebounds better than most guards because of her anticipation and physical strength; she crashes the boards hard. She has excellent balance and form on her shots from the perimeter, finished off two on drives, and attacks hard to draw defenders and then kick the ball out to shooters. Aubrey is a versatile guard who showed she has value at the next level.
