Talk about a talented, hardnosed, do-whatever-it-takes-to-win type team right here. My goodness! They come with excellence at nearly every position except the now ever rare "C" position. Okay now, let's talk about it!

Guard Play:

The perimeter play is all there! LWA comes at you with a slew of talented guards, including lead guard 5'5 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='1046824' first='Anya' last='Davis'] who'll orchestrate to a tee, slash with a bulldog like mentality, and lock opposing guards up with physical and agile pressure. Splitting time at the 1 and 2 is a handful of guards such as 5'8 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='1263374' first='Mae' last='Yenkavitch'], 5'7 2027 Mya Lumdsen and 5'5 2027 Taylor Thompson. Every single one of them is comfortable facilitating, yet they've all proven to be adept off-ball players too with they're shooting off the catch, sly off-ball movement, and gluey passing which ties everything together. Defensively these four are nightmarish. They work you on ball, they disrupt passing lanes with length and anticipation, and the rotations are such that there's rarely a moment to breathe. The chemistry is sound and each and every one of them is about playing winning ball.

Inside/Out Play:

Rounding out the perimeter play is a blend of 3s and 4s who'll get to work inside and out. The more classic, perimeter-based 3s are 5'9 2027 Kelsie Rivard, 5'7 2027 Harper Guthiem, and 5'8 2027 Bella Berry. Rivard is the ultimate competitor who impacts the game in every way imaginable. Willing to guard anyone, dive on the floor, rebound at a high clip, run the break, and create offense as a slasher, spot-up shooter and off-ball aficionado. Harper and Bella are connective, using smart off-ball actions to create advantages. Plus, they know how defenders react to their screens and cuts, so when they have the rock and see an incoming action, they tend to make a good read. Defensively sound, Kelsie makes plays on and off the ball, and Harper + Bella are sly team defenders that do well in help/rotation.

Coming into the four (pun intended), we have 5'11 2027 Georgia Krause and 5'10 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='1276531' first='Reese' last='Duprey']. Each have the feel of 4s with their athleticism, slender frame + length, and inside/out comfortability. Yet they'll step up and do the work of 5s when called upon. Both are lengthy, rangy defenders who can handle 3-5, protect the rim, and clear the glass. Offensively, both are primarily operating around the short corners, blocks and elbows where they maneuver with a kit of post moves and one-dribble drives. Yet they can comfortably step outside, make sound decisions as passers, and slash when there's space behind the primary defender.
