[player_tooltip player_id='807990' first='Lynelle' last='Awou'] was one of the tallest prospects at this event and she held her own. Awou stands at around 6'2-6'3 and she is extremely dominant near the paint with her back to the basket. Throughout the weekend she did a great job at fighting for her space and doing her work early on in possessions to help set herself up for success later on during the same play. She also demonstrated that she can wall up and contain any other prospect that she may be matched up against near the basket on the defensive side of the ball. If she were to continue to keep working and her consistency stays up to par, she is going to have a bright, bright future on the hardwood.

[player_tooltip player_id='879582' first='Londyn' last='Sommerville'] may only be a prospect out of the 2027 Class but at the Power Forward position, she is a handful to deal with on both sides of the basketball. Not only does she have size, balance, coordination, and smarts but she also is very skilled in most aspects of the game. She is someone that can score on either side of the hoop with either hand, she can impact a game with her screening and rolling ability once she seals her matchup moving toward the rim, and she is a relentless rebounder on both sides of the glass. I know that she already has a handful of D1 offers/interest and that is only going to grow over time. As she gets older, the offers will continue to flow in if she stays dedicated and that's not something you can say about all prospects out there in the 2027 Class.

When [player_tooltip player_id='593853' first='Lexi' last='Baer'] is in the game and her team only has a small amount of players, she moves around the floor at an impressive rate. At this event, Baer's team seemed to be missing a few prospects and that set the stage for her to play almost every position at one point. She was running things off the dribble as PG, she was attacking from the wing with ability to drive or shoot off the catch, she was scoring with her back to the basket near the mid-post once she caught and squared up, and she was making easy buckets near the rim whenever she would have a favorable size matchup with her physicality at 6'0. [program_tooltip program_id='712375' first='All' last='in'] all, Baer has a very high ceiling in this sport. She can really do it all at a high rate and her shooting ability is definitely going to take her places before her basketball journey is said and done.

[player_tooltip player_id='732506' first='Payton' last='King'] may be a Shooting Guard but she possesses good size and wherewithal on the court. King comes in with solid size at 5'10 and she would be described as a talented and hard-nosed basketball player. She seems to play with a chip on her shoulder whenever the opportunity presents itself and she always understands what's happening around her on the basketball court. I saw a lot of recruits this weekend that will get a shot at competing on the collegiate floor and King is in that conversation. If she can keep things simple, she can shine in a lot of different systems and that's something you love to see from an outside point-of-view.
