NTBA Pre-Nationals Warm Up by the Sea

GBMS had a small roster of just 6 players. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='380996' first='Kaliya' last='Herman']</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='258135' first='Makayla' last='Legette']</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='355927' first='Saleese' last='Kind']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='369800' first='Autumn' last='Kind']</strong> all showed some flashes here today in the win for GBMS.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Herman a left-handed guard came out firing on all cylinders from downtown. Makayla ranked #11 in the 2025 Palmetto State Class has good range on her shot and can score it from all 3 levels. Saleese is more of a small forward while Autumn brings the toughness and the blue-collar attitude to the floor. Saleese connected on a few perimeters here today. Bostick was playing this weekend with the GMMS Gremlins. The Knights fell to GBMS in a bracket game. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='833029' first='Cherish' last='Cochran'] </strong>a point guard from East Clarendon HS directed the offense for the Carolina Knights. Cochran can get the ball into the paint and find the open mate when needed. She really excels in the transition game. Cherish has a good feel for the game and really does a nice job of surveying the court from out top. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='848223' first='Kierstin' last='Woods']</strong> plays down in the post for the Carolina Knights. Woods saw plenty of action this past season at the varsity level for the East Clarendon HS Lady Wolverines. She plays the game as a mover-screener and with her back to the basket. She does a nice job of keeping the ball up high after claiming it off the glass. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
