Leading her team to a 4-0 record, it was obvious that she's playing in a ton of big basketball games, and is accustomed to playing in front of college coaches. The moment was certainly not too big for her. She looked confident and poised leading her team as both a scoring guard, and a distributor making everyone around her better. Offensively, she'll have much more of an opportunity to be a spot up shooter off the ball, and attack closeouts from help situations as her new teammates drew a lot of attention in the paint at BCAT. She seemed much more confident and in full attack mode getting to the rim. Having better teammates around you makes everything easier, and Gonzalez looked comfortable in her role at BCAT. She didn't force anything, and simply played off her teammates. Bryant's not a super athlete, but instead used a great combination of hesitations, changes in speed and direction to get the rim. Did a great job defensively vs Wayne County, and plays HARD with active hands and feet. Offensively, really pushed the pace out in transition and looked good both attacking the rim and making "on time and on target." Played at her own pace, and never allowed OR's pressure to speed her up out of her comfort zone. Her skill level is so darn good, and was able to beat defenders off the dribble and get to the midrange or all the way to the rim with either hand. She immediately jumps off the floor when you watch her as her combination of size and skill is hard to find. There is a reason she's a perennial Miss Basketball candidate, and she showed out at BCAT.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
