[program_tooltip program_id='712407' first='Austin' last='Elite'] is one of the oldest and most decorated programs in Texas and the countless players who have not only played at the next level, as well as the level after that is impressive. Their motto has been the same since I met them getting closer and closer to two decades ago, place the kids in the right situation to succeed, both on and off the court. With the [program_tooltip program_id='712630' first='Lady' last='Thunder'] coming up under their umbrella, they have an abundance of players who are ready to impress, and their pipeline with players like Emma Hart (2026) down to [player_tooltip player_id='878613' first='Ja'Mya' last='Johnson'] (2028) means they will continue to be Ready For Whatever, here are the 2025s

RFW

Emy Chen-5'7 G (McCallum)

Chen showed out at the #AllEyezOnMe Individual Showcase yet watching her show multiple dimensions of her game was refreshing because she also was able to get hers "in the flow". She comprehends the game and plays within herself

Devynn Davis-5'6 G (Cedar Ridge)

Davis is an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends of the court. She attacks and finishes strongly off the dribble plus her court vision in the set was nice yet she enjoys applying heat on the defensive end and her "on the ball" pressure was smothering at times

Bella Aguero-5'5 CG (Gonzales)

Aguero can run the 1 or 2 effectively and it helps that she's "heady" and doesn't get FAZED by pressure yet watching her progression on the court in different PHASES of her career has been a joy. She can drop the jumper, score off the dribble as well as see the floor yet when it's crunch time, she's prepared to take the big shot

Tiffany Singleton-5'10 SF (Weiss)

Singleton does so many of the little things that a novice evaluator might miss like her understanding of positioning around the basket to rebound, on both ends as well as running the floor after getting the outlet going. Solid inside defender and she scores around the basket

[player_tooltip player_id='884593' first='Macie' last='Upshaw']-6'2 PF (Round Rock)

Upshaw leaped into the PGH Top 100 after her #AllEyezOnMe performance yet what she did during the #TJShowcase moved her up even more. She doesn't mind the physicality, whether it's giving or taking, and seeing her adding BATTLES for everything off the rim and on the floor at TJ gets her the #THROWBACK hashtag

Kamari Roberson-5'8 G (Cedar Ridge)

Roberson is a "long and athletic" guard who reads the floor on both ends so let me start with her "playing the passing lane" and handling the ball afterward to attack or dish yet her court vision in transition was also nice, as well as her defense

[player_tooltip player_id='903328' first='Morgan' last='Lenehan']-6'0 SF (Shiner)

Lenehan is one of those players that seem to come out of nowhere and make plays, like squeezing between opponents to rebound yet she also has shown she does that playing the passing lane. Her lateral movement on defense is nice and she finishes around the basket

[player_tooltip player_id='594031' first='Reese' last='Hoadley']-5'7 SG (Georgetown)

Hoadley grabbed my attention in middle school and watching her continuously elevate her game each season has been a treat. She became more aggressive on both ends, her finishing strongly off the dribble after contact is nice yet so is her "stop and pop" jumper in transition. She creates her shot under pressure and has been dropping the mid to long-range consistently and her "on the ball" pressure has shot up

Allie Uzzell-5'11 F (Lake Belton)

Uzzell also showed out at #AllEyezOnMe on Friday and gave me an eyeful as I talked about her "college-ready frame" yet peep this, she was simply OVERPOWERING inside the paint during TJ and watching score with players literally hanging on her, either off the dribble or around the basket, putbacks included, had both eyes open

[program_tooltip program_id='712630' first='Lady' last='Thunder']

[player_tooltip player_id='870818' first='Naomi' last='Taylor']-6'3 C (Crockett)

Taylor proved one more time that #talentiseverywhere and since Texas is so large and spread out with countless platforms and one thing that has been consistent with Coach Maggie is that she finds hidden GEMS. At 6'3, I'm still amazed I hadn't seen Taylor in the GYM yet she left a lasting first impression with her versatility to go along with her size

Brandi Turner-5'9 G (Rudder)

Turner continues to show she can adapt and play multiple positions well. Her length and timing allow her to not only block, alter, and (or) deflect shots, but that length coupled with her elevation enables her to score over taller players around the basket and get her shot off with a hand in her face, read more from earlier eval

[player_tooltip player_id='883540' first='Natalia' last='Galvan']-5'9 G (Mumford)

Galvan also left a lasting first impression at the #SimmieColsonClassic so it was refreshing to catch a player I probably would have never seen who has next-level potential and since her midrange is effective both in the set as well as in transition, that's an attraction in itself. Her court vision is solid, and so is her defense, plus she can score off the dribble

Kayleigh Murphy-5'10 SF (Bryan)

Murphy has been showing she can lay down the LAW inside the paint and her relentlessness around the basket to score as well as rebound, her upside is solid on that alone because she falls into that "you won't outwork me" group. She's a couple of inches shy of "the magic number" yet she plays as if she's there
