Camryn Regier
About Camryn
Expert Analysis
Johnny Vick | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
A combo guard that can play outside with a nice jumper and good ball handles. Yet physical enough to post up a defender on the block. Does an excellent job at getting her feet turned when post up to create a catch and go up on the block. Excellent cutter off the ball that has great hands for the catch and shoot.
On defense is long on the premier but a fierce shot blocker in the paint area. Great timing on the jump to avoid the foul when shot blocking. 2027 is coming off an outstanding junior season.

The Creighton soccer commit is quite the hooper. Was a key contributor last year for Bethany and is now a go to option. On Saturday, she sparked a second half comeback for the Bronchos to win the Southern Oklahoma Invitational in Duncan. Regier went for 24 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in the title game. Before that in the semifinals, she had a full stat line of 23 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 7 steals. Great bounce back stretch for Bethany and Regier as they had tough loss to conference rivals Kingfisher last Tuesday.

Regier has next level size and athleticism, and has consistently produced over the last calendar year. During Bethany’s run to the Class 4A State Tournament, she was a double double threat. Playing even bigger than her size due to athleticism and determination. While this spring, her all around game has caught the eye of other contributors in the PGH network. Quite possibly could be too low based on her spring production, combined with long term potential. Especially if she’s going to shoot the ball at a high clip from outside.

Camryn picked up right where she left off from the last event. The overall skill set to play anywhere on the floor and do it at a high level adds her to this list. Who is looking for a 6’0 combo guard that can literally play 1-4 and possibly 5 if needed. Skill set includes bringing the ball down against the press, shooting the 3 at a high percentage or just posting scoring on a sweet drop step spin move. A player that plays on a high school team with 3 division waiting for her time. A 2027 you will hear about this summer and upcoming high school season.
Dropped 16 Saturday night and 18 Sunday morning. I would say she might have been close to a double double both games as well.

A long 6’0 combo guard that showed a very strong set this past weekend playing all positions 1-5. Good handles and the height made her a great option of playing point against the zone press. Nice footwork in the post with up/under and drop steps. A match up problem at times because she can knock down the outside shot. She never seemed to get tired just kept rebounding a playing. A double double player that fills the stat book with steals and deflections

Sleeper prospect who caught the eye last grassroots season with good size and athleticism. Has made strides in a notable role this year with Bethany. Has been active on the glass on both ends, with a couple double doubles. Next level athletic ability is apparent in steals and other transition plays, where she’s fast and in control. Can quickly turn defense into offense with the way she pushes it off rebounds. Intriguing set of tools, that is starting to lead to production in famously loaded Class 4A. Also a soccer standout, so her future could lie on the pitch. But has clear collegiate potential in basketball as well.

Taller lead guard, who has some craftiness to her game and ability to play at her own pace. Strong build for a guard, uses it along with good anticipatory skills to be a plus rebounder and loose ball magnet. Did her damage as a scorer in the mid-range and slipping through the cracks of the zone to score at the rim. Has a soccer background, so rawer than others in age group, but is a name to monitor as she moves from Yukon to Bethany.
