June has come and gone meaning that the high school portion of the summer is done. As we head back into the travel season, we will look at some of the players who performed well in June. Louisiana definitely has some high caliber talent and through various team camps, we got a chance to see that. In this June review, we will look at some of the best players seen during the month.

* All players will be listed in alphabetical order.

[player_tooltip player_id='489565' first='Stella' last='Allison'] - An above average ball-handler who can shoot the three and the mid-range. Plays under control at all times.

Tavionna Anderson - A player who is fast, lengthy, and athletic. She can shoot the three and defend several positions. Can be a defensive specialist.

[player_tooltip player_id='484975' first='Ramiah' last='Augurson'] - She is a three level scorer who is also a two-way player. Her play last month was impressive. Possible top player in her class.

Zakhia Austin - An aggressive guard who is very good defensively. The Lady Wolverine knows how to push the ball and can shoot the three.

Jamar'i Bell - A guard who knows what she is doing with the ball in her hands. Bell is good at penetration and either finds a teammate or scores it

Z'Riah Buggs - Buggs has a motor that does not quit. She can get to the paint as well as any guard and finishes through contact at the rim.

Zamarion Carter - Bossier Bearkat small guard who handles the rock. She can get to the rack in the half court or transition and score it.

[player_tooltip player_id='484990' first='Lashantae' last='Clay'] - The Walker senior guard maintains her composure at all times. Defenders cannot speed her up and she makes the right play often.

[player_tooltip player_id='489558' first='Kyndal' last='Graham'] - Graham is probably the best point guard in the state regardless of class. She can shoot it and dish it at an elite level.

Francesca Green - Green is a senior guard who can handle and facilitate. When she plays off the ball and is able to spot up, she is highly accurate.

[player_tooltip player_id='943345' first='Kadyn' last='Green'] - One of the more complete players in Louisiana even as a sophomore. Green rebounds well and has a very good mid-range jumper.

[player_tooltip player_id='484974' first='Carley' last='Hamilton'] - The Lady Raider senior can play the point or the off guard. She is a three level scorer who is also an excellent rebounder.

[player_tooltip player_id='484973' first='Dakota' last='Howard'] - This state championship wing is one of the best all-around players in the state. She can score and defend at a very high level.

[player_tooltip player_id='489462' first='Alaiah' last='Jarrell'] - The Brusly guard is a smooth ball-handler who knows how to score. Jarrell can shoot from the perimeter and score at the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='489580' first='Brooklyn' last='Jefferson'] - One of the most physically gifted players I have seen. Jefferson is a multi-dimensional player who has a very high ceiling.

Cambrieion Luke - The White Castle point guard is one of the better point guards around. Her speed and vision make her a threat all over the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='484971' first='Arionna' last='Patterson'] - Whether in the post or the wing, Patterson can score it effectively. She can score with either hand and is a high IQ player.

[player_tooltip player_id='484976' first='Amijah' last='Price'] - Price may be the most complete player in the state. She is a three level scorer who can play defense on multiple levels. A prep star.

Kelsey Robinson - When she rebounds the ball, Kelsey can take the ball coast-to-coast. She can breakdown a defense with her open floor speed.

[player_tooltip player_id='947830' first='Avery' last='Ryan'] - The Benton forward is a legitimate inside and outside threat. Ryan can score on the block or step out and nail the three.

Zyunique Thomas - The Lady Falcon guard can handle the ball and score at all levels. Thomas has a ton of upside moving into here second year.

Madison Williams - Williams has a great pair of hands and rebounds anything she grabs. When she catches the ball, she knows what to do.

Mariyah Willis - Willis has a very good pair of hands and a better touch around the basket. She is one of the better rebounders I saw in June.

[player_tooltip player_id='485525' first='Anyra' last='Wilson'] - The Lady Wildcat point guard can direct an offense or spot up from deep. She is a high level defender in transition or the half court.

[player_tooltip player_id='484980' first='Savannah' last='Wilson'] - The Parkway forward can handle the ball, shoot the jumper, and score in the post. She is a very good all-around player.

The month of June saw high level performances from these young ladies. Hopefully they will continue their high quality play in the month of July headed into the new school year.
