2025 Ranking Updates: Top 10

I'm thrilled to announce the top 10 players in Louisiana.    [player_tooltip player_id='484975' first='Ramiah' last='Augurson'] takes the top rank in 2025. Augurson is a 6-foot guard who can do anything. She controls the ball effectively and scores at all three levels. She is extremely athletic, allowing her to dominate defensively by smothering ball handlers and blocking shots. Augurson recently received a massive offer from Seton Hall.     [player_tooltip player_id='484976' first='Amijah' last='Price'] is the top point guard in Louisiana. She is a smooth ball handler who consistently beats her opponent off the dribble to create scoring opportunities. She has excellent passing vision and passes players open. Her defensive instincts are amazing, as she lives in passing lanes and picks ball handlers clean. She had a great summer this year as she picked up several offers.     [player_tooltip player_id='484979' first='Cherie' last='Spencer'] is a prolific scorer. She possesses excellent range from the three-point line and could blow past you in a blur. Her change of pace makes her difficult to stop. Her midrange shot is very effective. She does an excellent job of forcing the defense collapse and finding open teammates.     [player_tooltip player_id='484974' first='Carley' last='Hamilton'] is a tough, shifty guard who is unguardable. She scores off the bounce at all three levels. Hamilton has a great jumper and adept at finishing tough shots through contact. She guards the opponent's best player while being the leading scorer on her team. Hamilton looks to lead Huntington to their first championship in school history.     [player_tooltip player_id='484971' first='Arionna' last='Patterson'] is an excellent all-around player. In the midrange, she is dangerous with a variety of post moves that allow her to easily score over defenders. She is a great rebounder. Defensively, she effectively jumps passing lanes and can guard both the post and the perimeter. She is a player to watch as we're expecting her to have a break-out high school season.     [player_tooltip player_id='484973' first='Dakota' last='Howard'] is a high motor player that competes at the highest level. She consistently locks up her match up. She can score from all three levels and get great elevation on her shots. Howard scores off the bounce and has good playmaking skills. She has been having a great summer as she picked up a lot of offers.       Shalia Forman is a lead guard who dominates the game on both ends. She is automatic from 3 and midrange. In transition she pushes the pace and creates numerous scoring chances. Forman is a great on ball defender and excellent shot blocker from the guard position. She is coming back off of injury and looking better than ever. She will continue to rise in the rankings.     Sanaa bean is a good rim protector. She is a mobile big that blocks shots and rebounds at a high level. On offense, she gets great positioning inside, which leads to baskets. She has an excellent face-up game and can routinely hit the 15-foot jumper. She received numerous offers and interest this summer.     [player_tooltip player_id='484985' first='Makayla' last='Charles'] is one of the most underrated players in Louisiana. She is a big guard that could overpower or blow by anyone guarding her. Charles has a good jumper and scores at will. Defensively, she can guard positions 1 through 4. Charles has recently committed to Nicholls State University.     [player_tooltip player_id='484984' first='Imani' last='Daniel'] is a gritty, scrappy player. She is an excellent rebounder on both sides of the ball. She is difficult to stop when she goes to the goal as she finishes tough shots through contact. In transition she delivers excellent outlet passes that lead to scores. Defensively, she is everywhere; she is an excellent on-ball defender with exceptional instincts to jump passing lanes.
