Abby turned in an impressive performance for MBA-UAA in July at the Select Super Showcase. Abby looked more guard than forward–attacking hard off the dribble to score layups through contact and using excellent footwork to finish around the rim. Abby can extend her range to the perimeter and drain triples. She’s already eclipsed 1,000 career points at Forest Hills Northern and stuffs the stat sheet in multiple categories. Abby’s stats and high school success support the notion that she belongs as a Miss Basketball candidate. Forest Hills Northern won the OK White Conference last season and will look to make another deep playoff run next March. Abby will be continuing her career at Grand Valley State following graduation.

Abby separated herself as the most dominant forward on the court at SVSU Elite Camp 2 with her ability to score through contact at the rim. Abby blocked a shot and used a sweet high-rip move to score a layup. Abby didn’t need to pull the trigger as a shooter because she consistently beat defenders off the dribble at camp. With how effective her footwork and finishing is going left, Abby will become even more dangerous off the bounce if she produces those moves going right as well. Abby had an outstanding day and rightfully earned an offer to continue her academic/athletic career at SVSU!

dominated for MBA GUAA 2026 in all phases at the MBA Mother’s Day Classic. She caused havoc for defenses by facing up to attack off the dribble and score with both hands at the rim, but was equally dangerous shooting from beyond the arc. Abby finished full speed off one and two feet effectively and powered her way through a foul to score in the paint. She showed skilled footwork to score with an up and under move and fired an accurate baseline pass off a drive. Abby spotted up to drill multiple 3’s up top and proved why she is a top wing prospect in the state.

Sietsema has her team off to a 10-4 start this season. She is a strong wing who scores in bunches and is an impressive rim protector. One thing that we may have underrated about her is her passing skills.
